And yeah, Mr. 99 was wack af compared to the original

Dude was head to head with silkk for worst rapper on the label, while silkk had the stroke & tourette flow, serv was just talkin really fast without paying attention to the beat

:russ:The thing thats unfortunate to me, is the fact that Silkk has a pretty smooth voice, good bars a lot of the time, and he can actually rap good but he instead actively chose to rap like he had a stroke from a certain time period on. I often hear some of his terrible verses where the lines & bars are actually dope but its useless when the delivery sucks ass like that.

Serv not only started rappin fast, but he thought spelling everything out made it better. Then he made it a point that he liked to spell it out.

yep...thats the plight of a Silkk the Shocker fan summed up....what make it worse is, once no limit fell off...he chilled his flow,rapped on beat and those bars that he's always had started to show... but his production was so terrible it didn't matter

i actually like the off beat flow...i fukk with E40, Roscoe P Coldchain..i liked when Serv was doing his run on sentence shyt...but yeah...sometimes...Silkk just took it too damn far :mjlol:
