I'm not chill when it comes to shyt like this. I commend you if you decide to take any action, even if it's simply giving them a bad review on yelp. Hell, maybe you could go back there on your own time and discuss what you heard him say (in a civil manner) and explain that it's not acceptable. Not being a part of the solution really does make you just as much as a part of the problem.
