If you don't think it was rape, care to explain the cause/sound of the struggle and rhythmic grunting when we're shown the unopened jug of water right next to the drain which was bone dry?Rape

This nikka said a stone cold killer "pissed" on a prisoner as a form of torture to get critical information about how they smuggle drugs into the US.
He raped him...the lead up with Alejandro telling the other Hispanic dude not to come in the room and the other American's leaving with the eerie message like "I dont want to be here for this"
To Alejandro in his face emasculating him then saying "You will know what hell is like"
Then the sounds...it was plain as day.

Exactly...These guys just "illegally" extracted a man from a Mexican prison and brought him across country lines to a US Military installation..
due process was thrown out the window.....
A text book waterboard was out the window as well....

So, the theory is that
A) the cartel boss refused to talk, even as it became imminent that he was going to be sexually assaulted, whether in the mouth or lower region, and revealed whatever info at the end of the assault
B) He talked, and simply for the sadistic/sexual pleasure of it, Alejandro continued with the sexual assault regardless.....despite nowhere else in the film is Alejandro being a rapist or sexual sadist referred to in ANY way
