why do yall try so hard to act like k dot is manufactured, you can't manufacture stars in today's world...a million examples of that failing. they got love in different ways, the only reason you even broaching this is that nip has street nikkas mourning aloud.

Jesus Christ ...all I’m asking is how is LAs perception of Kendrick ? I know he’s a superstar...but I’m saying within the city what is his impact?

Nipsey seemed to have touched so many people and they all talk about how he was giving back, empowering them, always approachable etc... i doubt they have anywhere near that kinda access to Kendrick so I’m curious if the city is like this with all their stars who made it...or is nipsey a completely different animal because of all the groundwork it seems he puts in on a daily basis

He did not appear out of thin air with unlimited support from the industry like drake or somebody.

Nip could have easily had kendrick's spot in hip hop if he wanted to but he chose not to go mainstream.

Kendrick was already secretly signed & planted before that.

Kendrick's entrance was even more blatant than drake's.

and yes, I know Kendrick was around in the industry YEARS beforehand.

Over the last year Nipseys brand took a jump to the next level. The dude just had a GQ shoot, his album was nominated for a Grammy, he wasn’t no C list rapper.

what hits did he have tho?

hip-hop is all the way mainstream at this point.
all types of nobody rappers get crazy placements nowadays.

and I say this as one of the original people that got nipsey's poppin on these boards 10 years ago back on SOHH.

Nip and I have the same North & South Node placement and it's a very dark placement. The crazy shyt is on Sunday afternoon (before I knew he even passed) I reached out to someone I knew who was into astrology who did my chart before how to overcome the south node in scorpio because it's one of the hardest. I think that's why his death is hitting me so hard.

Nip had his South node in Scorpio and the North Node in Taurus, which he mastered. Taurus is stable, money bringing, emotionally calm, luxury and he embodied that. The south node is dark, psychic traumatic energy. Basically your life path is all about escaping your south node (your past life...what you're used to doing and how you normally have behaved over many lifetimes). Your north node is what you're here to try to become...in this case is was the embodiment of Taurus. It doesn't matter what your sun sign is...the north node is what you're supposed to try to master this lifetime.

Scorpio south node brings alot of enemies, drama, sexual deviancy, deciet, betrayal, vengeance ect. It's one of the hardest ones to overcome, but he was doing it. When I found out he died so violently it hit me very hard on a spiritual level because I've been fighting the same demons and my life has been pushing me to change to someone more responsible and opportunistic...but it's a battle. I wasn't even going to mention anything about the astrology here because I know how nikkas on this site are...but that shyt is real. That's why I'm having trouble getting over this because it's deeper than what people think. I can tell he was working and trying his best to fight and shake alot of shyt that the south node energy carried.

I don't know if that's what the person was referring to, but that's one thing personally that was revealed to me.

Wow, thank you for sharing that. That just added another level of understanding to her analysis. She didn’t touch on his nodes, she more so discussed some of his hard aspects and transits. I have a node placement that’s considered a little difficult as well. The tension is often stressing to say the least. I’ll definitely be messaging you to talk about this a little bit more.

Yeah, honestly I wish more guys were into this. Women in general just tend to be more open minded. I think men in general tend to look at you like you're crazy when you mention the stars and the way it's marketed in newspapers and magazines has put a bad spin on it. l got into it because some chicks I was cool with suggested I get a reading. It really changed my life.

I’ve been blown away by the reaction to nipsey froM LA specifically ..so I was asking what it feels like for their other stars ..and Kendrick is the most popular one, so I picked him



I’m in nyc ...and besides jay/nas I don’t know what other rappers would get like literal genuine overpowering respect and love within the city ...maybe fat joe...because nyc don’t really support their own people like it seems LA does
