No they won't. Sony has dabbled in the portable console market twice and failed. The PSP and to a lesser extend the Vita with PSTV could both be played on a TV and portable. Microsoft has no interest in portables.

If it takes off, they might look into it.

PSTV was a nice step in the right direction, Sony just didn't wanna support the vita in general.

I think I'm one of the few who bought the PSTV :russ:

They ain't fail with the psp.

On the vita though you could kinda do the exact same shyt. Playing ps4 games on the go was cool for like a week then it was :camby: status. That shyt ain't cool when you got smartphones and shyt.

So the joycon grip is probably what comes with the console and the pro controller will have to be bought separately. Disappointing.

Fair point, I was considering US market only. How ethnocentric of me.

I just don't see it doing well here (US) outside of hardcore gamers. And I don't see that market segment being large enough to support the system long term (again,US Market).
