For the record, wearing suits to the game is a bit much.

I agree the suits look better and thats what i would wear if i was in the NBA.
But i also understand that these athletes are basically marketing themselves and branching off into fashion money by wearing all these weird experimental shyt they light doing. Nobody would talk about Westbrook's off court activities if he was just wearing suits.
There is a difference between an All star player and a player that is a actual star/celebrity. Jokic is not gonna be on red carpet events like Dwade and them or angling for a career in hollywood, so boring professional attire is more suited for him.
Thing is those type of players, the Tim Duncan's, are largely forgotten about outside of sports fans when they retire, whereas Melo or Lebron, are going to be in the spotlight even after their careers are over.
