Not gonna derail this thread but nobody is defending anyone. Acknowledging development is NOT taking a moral stance on the path there.
Like I said I’ve been around the country and the rural areas are still in better shape than the rural areas of nations with so called higher GPD. Very minimal low level corruption too meanwhile in West Africa you cant even drive around most places without being shaken down for money.

They need stricter accreditation for political parties. There are really parties out here getting 7 votes on the national stage. 
They're announcing the results state by state. Buhari gained 100k votes from the last election in Ekiti; a state he lost in 2015.
