It's Nick Saban, but Alabama still recruits itself at this point.

Kirby Smart would be a fool to go anywhere else.......and more than likely if they hired someone else they'd bring their own staff.

Remember when we all thought USC recruits itself when Carroll was there? College football is so cyclical. Depending on who replaces Saban, it is VERY plausible that they got through a down period when he leaves

The contract would be for multiple years and would include a raise from his current deal, which pays him around $5.5 million annually.
