Trade tokens at Swift Solutions. New citizens pop up every chapter.

Sidequest. If you look at the sidequest list the ones with the little head symbol are the ones that net you citizens.
I guess I am not far enough into the game?

Chapter 3 right now. Still doing the library mission. Only have one sidequest available which is the dream door and recommends a level of 60 :merchant:

Swift solutions is the dude right out front of the Casino. Sideques show as ! On the map. I dont remember when you get to do that stuff.

The dream door, theres 12 of them and that 60 is probably for the last one. The first one the enemies are probably around level 20. You got to do all of them to get that one citizen tho :deadmanny:

Finally got some time to start this game. They messed up the initial opening by making the combat too easy from the beginning to the point I almost dropped it despite being a big fan of the first. Thankfully I stuck with it and have about 4 hours logged and the combat gets more challenging and the game is more fun now.

Game makers need to realize that you don't have to hold the player's hand as much as they do sometimes. In fact dying a bunch and just starting the game difficult is a way to learn how to play the game. Demon/Dark souls showed it works.
