Blowouts just looking at the box scores.

Phi/gb, bills/broncos, were close until late. Steelers / ravens game was winnable late until a certain point.

Early playoff matches in every league are generally washes especially in series structures. We watch the nfl playoffs because anyone can hulk up for one game, which is the point here.

Dumbass take with dumbass nikkas co-signing. Now they don’t need to expand more outside of this but you bozos acting like these teams had no chance when in reality the majority did a chance if a play or two goes there way.
Those were blowouts. We watched the games and it would became clear by the third-quarter the difference in teams.

There was no need to add a 7th team to the playoff equation.

If you just watched box scores then yeah it would appear to be terrible. But the Texans/Chargers and Eagles/Packers were both more interesting than the final outcome would tell you.

In reality there was one great game, two decent games and 3 blowouts.

Nation Of Fun
Close games don't always equate to good games. That's why I cant watch college basketball because so much of the "close games" come from both teams being pretty bad.

But one NFL game at a time just shows how boring it is imo. So many commercial breaks and stretching out of the time where if it's not a close game in the 2nd half, there's rarely a point in watching that closely. I'm sure these next few rounds will provide better games but first round playoffs usually suck in the NFL and NBA while the NHL and MLB first rounds are fun because those sports kind of lend themselves more to upsets or lesser teams competing with the better teams. NFL 90% of the time comes down to QB play and looking at the matchups, you know what you're getting most of the time :francis:

People said last year the close games were wack.

NFL been great this season and full of storylines for next season were made this weekend.

How much are people going to talk about Justin Herbert for example. Jayden Daniels hype went nuclear. Jefferson vs Chase debate continues.

Also now:
Rams/Eagles
Commanders/Lions
Texans/Chiefs
Games got a lot more interesting (Bills/Ravens been building the whole season).

If Stroud messes up dude is going to get criticized, Jayden Daniels is the new Stroud so no matter what happens dude is going to be hyped up for next season.

If you check the matchups this weekend and how they came to be, no way was Wild Card weekend wack. However, I do think the extra play-off team is wack. Both things can be true here.

My Pops Forever RIP
Six games, three days, on five different networks

Just way too much

Get rid of the best playoff format because of greed
and got rewarded by everyone watching it.

The NFL is cigarettes. No matter how much I make you pay, no matter how inconvenient I make it for you to get to me, you will get to me. Any tough decision you gotta make will be in my favor. The last few years the NFL is doing everything they can to screw over their paying customers and it doesn't even matter because America is that tied to it.

Great leagues do a great job of telling fans that their shyt is gold.

The NBA needs to learn this because the NFL product is "meh."
For all the shyt the NBA gets, the NFL has been underwhelming as well, at times.

I can't tell you how many Sundays I have turned the channel from an NFL game to watch college basketball:heh:
