They trailed in the most important thing....The score. Everything else irrelevant
If you are a bot or gambler yes, not if you are wondering why Hurts was mediocre or have a deeper interest in the game :beli:

I don’t undertand why people reply with complete nonsense to real questions. Or perhaps it’s just the most annoying fanbases/cities, I’ll take the L :snoop:

@KidJSoul excellent post, as usual. But McNab didnt even have TO for two seasons. One season and like 6 games. McNabb was incredible in 2004. Its one of those dominant seasons that gets lost in the shuffle due to the inflation of passing numbers because of the rule changes. Most football fans fail at contextualizing stats.
2004 McNabb
2005 Carson Palmer
2007 Romo
2007 Big Ben
1979 Sraubach
1983 Theismann
1991 Kelly
1990 Moon
1998 Chris Chandler etc
Yeah i forgot TO left mid-season in 2005 :dead:

It's wild

That's the one thing you gotta defend McNabb for. He genuinely had BAD receivers from 99-07 outside of 23 games playing with Terrel Owens

Hurts has an embarrassment of riches. This should be a juggernaut that people call one of the greatest teams ever like the 97 Broncos, 92 Cowboys, 91 Skins, etc.

So Philly insiders, is Hurts still injured?

Really, GB "won"
1st downs
total yards
3rd down efficiency

Only thing GB trailed in was TDs, the score and TOs

He been playing with a broken ring finger on his throwing hand for weeks.

Those stats are irrelevant. Eagles #1 defense kept your offense from scoring and actually put them nikkas in a body bag as well.

That’s not my offense :whoa:

But then it makes sense, cause something was obviously wrong yesterday. But then again it was a much more decisive win than the Brazil game and also Lions vs GB.

So perhaps it shouldn’t be too worrisome

With a Jalen who hadn’t played in 3 weeks against the 5th ranked defense in the league they looked good enough. You don’t get extra points in the win/loss column when it comes to the playoff. A win is a win.

Take away GB's misfires and lack of discipline, Birds lose. GB's incompetence was more of a factor than anything the Eagles did.

Some of those routes it looks like he couldve made a play :yeshrug:
Like that first play he said everyone covered, but looked like he couldve threw something to the middle receiver if he hit him on the opposite side where the defender was.

Then this play

Isnt the receiver in between the 40 and 45 yard line open and can probably fight for the first down?

there are little windows where you can POSSIBLY make a play/throw on some of these, but even then with hurts release, dbs are definitely driving down on these routes. gainwell did a block and release there and was open for a bit before the LB closed down, but jalens eyes were elsewhere waiting for one of those deeper routes to get open. the point is that it shouldnt have to be this hard with the weapons we have here. the amount of times receivers were open open vs other games ive watched this weekend is definitely a bit alarming, but GB does have a stout defense and who knows what the approach was with it being jalens first week back so ill just chalk it to that.

Same thing I was about to say. That route at about 2:10 into the video, he CLEARLY has Gainwell open for a first down at minimum. He's just gunshy and holding the damn ball too long. And he had to be rusty. Timing was off even on the scoring plays. He hasn't practiced with these guys in weeks.
