Lets look at the top 5 current most popular games:
League of legends
Dota 2
Pubg
Fortnite
Overwatch

Only 1 even has blood and its light blood (pubg). The other 4 are pretty cartoonish type graphics that have 0 blood

This isnt the Gears of War/Unreal Tournament/Quake era where body parts was flying every where and blood was all over

That parents television council complains about every popular show on tv. These people have no control over their children, choosing to placate rather than parent. They don’t read ratings they just buy shyt to keep their kids busy. Then when they see something they don’t like, they cry wolf at whatever industry

When this fails they will run back to their favorite talking point: “b-bu-bu-bu-but what about Chicago ?” as if it’s somehow relevant.

A generation of children who lack discipline and respect is the root of these issues. Blaming video games/music/movies/ etc is grasping at straws.
I think the amount of school shootings can be related to the increase in government trying to tell parents how to raise their kids along with parents refusing to be actual parents.

Dont play dumb. When they fought against violence in video games prior, they used games like Doom and Grand Theft Auto as examples.

The new games you kill less people in(by a large margin). Deathmatch is not popular anymore. Objective based gaming is the wave this decade. So no the objective of those games isnt to “kill everyone”. Its too survive or capture a payload. You can win a game of fortnite or pubg with just 1 kill.

Hate when people come here and act dumb you know fully damn well those games arent as violent as older games.
