These Jews are aggressive as FUKK, especially in the bed study/bushwick/fort Greene/Clinton hill area...I remember in the early 2000s, I was still in HS at the time, and I was helping my boy (black guy) move into his brownstone in Clinton hill and I kid u not, three Hasidic Jews rolled up in a minivan and started talking us up asking if we "needed help moving in " ....my boy was like nah I'm cool... However they kept persisting n then straight up took out a bag with a million dollars cash and showed it to him like "ill give u this for your crib right now!"....Of course he refused off GP but to a weaker minded individual? I can see how this shyt happens everyday...for a lot less...

White people who move into black areas don't like or trust black folks, as a group they want you gone...

This is the importance of owning and controlling your assets...Jews, Arabs, Hispanics, Asians etc see us as marks and easy suckers because we fail to realize this. The shyt he's talking about here is exactly why we have a million corner stores, Chinese food, Korean owned hair supplies etc in the hood...we don't produce or sell anything.

If this rising consciousness gives us nothing else...let the one thing we get be a focus on owning and controlling our own assets, and not just cashing out at the first opportunity. Create, grow, and hold an asset that you can pass to your kids. Group Economics is it.

I agree but some of these people should know better. I live in a black area. I came home from work one day and their was trash all over my lawn because on of my neighbors refuses to put her trash in a bin. Feral cats claw these bags open for food and wind basically blows the rest of the garbage everywhere. When I rang the womans doorbell to tell her to put her trash in a bin because of the litter nuisance, the woman said that she was a senior citizen, she doesnt owe me shyt and for me to get the fukk off her doorstep. Mind you, this woman was in her sixties.

Now I understand some people may come from poor economic situations wherever they come from be the caribbean, or africa and migrated here to the states to make a better life for themselves, my people included. But yo this is America. You have to take care of your property. Not the landlord or the government or Dept of Sanitation. Owning a home goes beyond paying mortgage. Upkeep is a huge part of attracting quality residents to your neighborhood. How are we supposed to improve if the older folks are ignorant to simple solutions to keep our neighborhoods clean?

I've said this before... blacks really have no future outside of the south. This shyt is happening in every city outside of the south. Even happening in my hometown.

Not True. Atlanta, Houston, Dallas, New Orleans, Miami, San Francisco, Oakland, and other cities are having this same thing occur in their inner cities.

So sometimes we have ten apartments and everything is white, and then all of the sudden one tenant comes in with one black roommate, and they don’t like it. They see black people and get all riled up, they call me: “We’re not paying that much money to have black people live in the building.” If it’s white tenants only, it’s clean.
