I been working out but I haven’t been wearing my monitor. Today I did legs but I was trash. I think I need to track my eating more
This is #1 if you want to lose weight. Do you know how many calories you should eat per day to lose weight consistently?

Myfitnesspal is putting me around 1500 for 2lbs a week. I just started lifting 3 days a week now so im trying to factor that in.

1 pound gain of water weight lol. But I am getting stronger and feeling more full :myman:

My body has been all over the place this week so I’m shocked I’m down water weight or whatever. I stuck to eating good this week though last night I got into with some Halo Top ice cream :ohlawd:

IMO, don't. i just base my calories on a sedentary lifestyle and let exercise be a bonus. you're trying to lose weight so no need to add anything back in
