I legit don't have an actual fitness goal right now...so I'll make it general overall fitness.

My goal is to improve upon my last APFT score:

PU-66---91 points
Situps-68---91 points
2 mile Run-1553----76 points

258 total points....I want to get back into the 270+ club. Also would like to be able to do 15 pull-ups and 30 dips in a row.
