Sounds about right. 4k 60fps on Cyberpunk requires a 3080 and that alone runs bout $700, if you can find it at that price.

4k 60fps with Ray tracing I'm guessing it'll be about $5500.

I will take Rebirth alone over all those games. I don’t feel confident in the future of Microsofts games at all after this year.
