The way you watch this will greatly affect how you see this, so with that being said...

I'm watching this almost purely as a comedy, and I'm finding it hilarious. Any time it (or I) start to lean towards watching it as a drama, I get annoyed (because like Billions, I really don't give a fukk about the life of rich people which is why I tapped out on that show among other reasons)

It really is just Arrested DevelopVeep and in that way, I think it's top notch TV and I'm glad I went into it knowing who was creating it and having the idea that while it looks serious, and the story is grounded/based in reality, it's at its very best if you go in to it prepared to not take it or anybody in it seriously.

As long as they stay doing what they're doin', I'm all the way in.

No Whammies!!
Kendall saw the plan but he doesn't want to deal with the PR/anti-trust fallout from it.

Marcia and Shiv are the only non-pathetic characters right now, Roman too but he's a walking lawsuit.

I think they (falsely) think that Logan's plan is the result dementia/being stuck in the past mentally. Kendall basically said "Nobody watches TV anymore". They don't see the (Sinclair) plan to patch together a giant stealth TV network made out of "local" news stations.

When I started to look at it as a comedy instead of a drama, in my mind it went from bad "what :dahell:were they even thinking" TV to "Actually, slightly better than first season Billions".:obama:

:russ: that esp didn't feel like no comedy

This was the least funny episode, but also probably the best episode.
The only really funny scenes were the Greg and Tom scenes, from the "Let's go to California Pizza Kitchen!" scenes to the look on Greg's face when Tom was making him eat deep fried ortolan birds after his grandfather forced him to eat the entire Chinese noodle bowl.
At first I thought they might be veering into Entourage-style "lifestyle porn" with the Greg and Tom scenes this episode.

The voting scenes were really tense. I never expected Kendall to get thrown off the board in the middle of the season.

This is my favorite show on right now. Started off a bit slow and unsure of what kind of show it was gonna be but every episode gets better and better. I feel bad for Kendall. He had the votes but just really shytty luck and Roman is a fukking bytch. He talks all that shyt about his dad but when he had the deciding vote he froze the fukk up. I said I liked him earlier cuz he just straight up with his fukery but I can’t fukk with him anymore. Dude bytched up straight up.

So I wondered why Logan’s wife lied to Kendall about his dad wanting to see him.

I also understand where Roman was coming from he’s obviously the closest to his dad. Him and Shiv have an undying loyalty to their father.

She's knew or had a feeling that Kendall was planning a takeover so she was trying to smooth things over, it's the same reason she got Logan's bro to come for Thanksgiving.

this show is my favorite right now. that board room meeting was intense and if kendall was there i think his dad gets the boot.

she's up to something. the dad knows it too when he said she has her own game going on. they can take this story in a lot of directions.

How anyone can like Tom at this point in the show blows my mind. Dude is a fukking shythead

tom is hilarious. dude is your typical snarky scumbag business bully. he picks on the weak like greg but because greg is a family member he also see's him as a threat and tries to be buddy buddy with him. the two of them together is gold.
