I'm not the one bytching?

In a way, I was actually defending Vince. I flat out said that people complaining about Vince selling the company are going to have hard realization that the the new company is going to bring in writers as well that have no knowledge or background pertaining to wrestling either.
people gonna bytch either way

If they actually care about the business/product then yeah. If they don't then no.
If you can write a story and know about good guys and bad guys, then you can write a script for this carny bullshyt. I doubt she's booking the actual matches, which is what i think these dudes are bytching about. It 100% helps to have somebody NOT caught up the wrestling bubbling to come in every once in a while and see the holes that others won't see.

This.... cause I've definitely seen "fans", that "know about wrestling" and think they would do a sooooo much better job, come up with some awful ass ideas that would play out just as terribly if not worse on tv.

Personally, I think it'd be much better with a smaller circle for each show consisting of people in the business who actually do know this shyt and have experience in what works.

But hiring "fans" who'd probably make everything to favor their personal favorites and maybe have 3 good ideas would likely fare just as poorly as hiring TV writers who don't watch it.

These writers ain't booking the matches anyway, that's what the producers and Vince do.

Well this is true, they literally have an entire staff NOT caught up in wrestling :laff::laff:

And not a single person in here mentioned two black women writers being hired as a negative. Pretty sure most people have said good luck to them as the WWE clearly needs to have black writers that can actually tailor stuff to black wrestlers so you won’t have Hollywood Shuffle type stuff. But people are also being realistic and simply looking at a lengthy history of the WWE micromanaging and undercutting people, then using them as scapegoats. These are undeniable facts with tangible evidence.

Also, one of those tweets up there is from somebody on here whose been suspended several times. That extremely pro-WWE, Trump supporting, fence-riding dope has the nerve to pull that card when they’re in multiple threads across multiple forums basically being Ben Carson and Sheriff Clarke when it comes to black issues.

The excuses…it’s just….:mindblown:

They're not wrong. :yeshrug: I put in an application for the SD Writer gig last year, and they didn't really require you to know much and from the perspective of a writer, I can see why. At it's heart, all you're gonna be doing is writing for a Protagonist v Antagonist SL with situational dialogue tossed in. Anything that would need a historical perspective is a google click away.
