Did you go to the chiropractor??
Nope. Im scared of those ppl. They just asked me what happened and sent me to a physical therapist. He said since I have no issues with my legs outside of my hamstring having soreness on the right side, he just recommends some rest and physical therapy. But their physical therapy is just showing me how to do the exercises and then me doing them on my own. But it definitely helped. Was able to do those hip thrusts while lying on my back. Couldn't do that shyt initially . Also, how I was sleeping was apparently slowing healing.

Don’t be scared, they help a lot, I’m not just saying that because i am one, but also because it’s helped me countless times, and if i started listing the patients i helped I’d be here all day, from America to South America to Germany to Hong Kong to Africa

Your body will always heal because inherently you have to feed yourself and run away from danger and you can’t if your back is fukked, but it’s a quick fix, the muscles needs to be stretched and strengthened, but if the spine it’s self isn’t good, well the muscles get their marching orders from the spine, so you can exercise all you want, but you will find yourself fukked again because your general is still fukked up (your spine) dude go see one get your shyt straight you will thank me

The physical therapist seemed to think it would help too. I may at least look into consultation

My girl got her consultation done and they'll be moving with surgery. I have heard great things about it, getting life back etc.

I recommend you look into it. I couldn't imagine having to deal with that pain constantly while trying to live.

My girl also did PT, injections etc with only the injections giving a little relief over a short time.

Back surgery has a 60% fail rate I’d hold off on that

Boy if i could have so many of my patients come in and tell their stories of it failing, and some of them went back twice

Turns out its my sacroiliac joint or some shyt. Im walking good. Only tightens up while lying and my thrusts game is hampered. This big butt 58yr old I mess with had to do all the work the other day, but Im still recovering:ohlawd:

This is my slowest recovery. Im usually good after a week or so. I still have tightness and find these stretches annoying

Not yet, just a follow up with my doc at this physical therapy place. Im pretty sure hes a ortho my primary care doc sent me too. He wouldn't refer me to a chiropractor. He claims the physical therapy has shown improvement. But I do want to see what a chiropractor has to say. For some reason, this dude said my primary care would have to refer me. I don't get that. But he also said, I can find one without a referral, so Im still on that. W/o a referral sounds like some out of pocket expenses.

The actual physical therapist spoke highly of chiropractors, but this guy just seemed to brush it off.

You don’t need a referral to see a chiro, but some insurances want a referral :yeshrug:
