Sorry to hear that op.

I had sciatica piriformis, serious pain, for 3 months in 2022... I actually googled disability the shyt was so bad.

I ended up on Flexeril, prednisone, neurontin and tramadol ... I was a damn zombie from all those drugs...

I thankfully it's 98% resolved.

Don't forget to stretch as much as you can. The exercises are on youtube.

You possibly have foramen occlusion (without seeing any X-rays) get analyzed and let them help you, why are you suffering, stretching is cool but nothing moves that bone off that disk like an adjustment, muscle relaxers just mask and drug you up, but nothing moves that bone off that disk like an adjustment, strengthening muscles is cool, and many can use that, but nothing moves that bone off that disk like an adjustment

Get an ankle or leg sleeve, fam. I've had that before and those two relieved it greatly when walking.
