Actually, reading the conditions, it isn't too bad. It seems to allow for multiple devices, as long as it is the same household...so it does consider how the family uses it.

I think this way works out better than number of devices tiers.

But you think about it, how many people that have the account - parents for their kids, or grandparents for the house when the grandkids come over, or working folk - that have it but never use it for themselves. Look at all of the adults that have Disney+ for their kids...and never watch on their own.
