Poetical Poltergeist
Precise and cold hearted
Did the chick in Germany have claw like marks on her scalp? Was there an owl in Germany too?

Just finished this, I want to believe he's guilty, but too many things dont add up, How did she not have a skull fracture if all the other blows to the head deaths in the state had skull fractures. He should have been found not guilty the first time around since there was no definite evidence against him that could prove he killed her without a reasonable doubt.
Our justice system was set up to put the burden of proof on the prosecution, making it easier for you to prove your innocence, for the simple fact that the only thing worse than letting a guilty party go free is to punish an innocent party, but the courts are so corrupted, the prosecution, the lab, judge etc are all in bed together. You got prosecution that knows that the defendant is innocent but they just want to win the case and don't care if they ruin an innocent mans life. It's an embarrassment. and needs a complete overhaul at this point. But there's too much money involved now, private prisons and they need people to fill them, and just look at the trickle down economic benefits of having private prisons and inmates to fill them, guards, construction workers, clerks, security system contracts, food warehouses, etc... and this is how capitalism is still failing.
I agree with all of this.
Its all about the W no matter what. 0 Skull fracture yet every other case involving blows to the head had at least a fracture! I mean dude could have pushed her down the stairs yeah but it doesn't seem like he hit her with anything. it's fukked up
Nah but I think she had the same number of lacerations on her head as Kathleen: 7.Did the chick in Germany have claw like marks on her scalp?
One thing I don't remember is did they prosecution bring up why the discovered blow poke was missing the pointy end that would have actually been used to kill her? It was missing the sharp end. But whatever. Yeah no skull fracture or brain contusion is definitely weird. I cant think of many weapons that could do that. Maybe a belt buckle? I don't know. That's the single biggest piece of evidence that makes me believe maybe he didn't do it, and also the piece that makes me not laugh at the owl theory.I agree with all of this.

It's explained in the final episode I believe. How did the cops not find that blow poke?
I found that strange also. Maybe for the defense team to keep being able to go back to it for helping out their case in court?Watched episode 1... I remember hearing about this case.
why they never cleaned up all that blood off the wall?
she one of those girls that's I know ain't really that attractive but I wanna fukk for some reason...It's explained in the final episode I believe.
If you want to know now...
Supposedly they did, and they were the ones that propped it back up against the wall in the garage after photographing it. They photographed it but either forgot that they did, or never mentioned it.

Strange family, and strange decision.
BTW the oldest adopted daughter looks exactly like him. Are we sure he didn't have a baby with the lady that fell down the steps in Germany?
Here's a picture of her beside Todd Peterson, who is for sure Michael's biological son.
