The Ummah!
Just finished this, I want to believe he's guilty, but too many things dont add up, How did she not have a skull fracture if all the other blows to the head deaths in the state had skull fractures. He should have been found not guilty the first time around since there was no definite evidence against him that could prove he killed her without a reasonable doubt.

Our justice system was set up to put the burden of proof on the prosecution, making it easier for you to prove your innocence, for the simple fact that the only thing worse than letting a guilty party go free is to punish an innocent party, but the courts are so corrupted, the prosecution, the lab, judge etc are all in bed together. You got prosecution that knows that the defendant is innocent but they just want to win the case and don't care if they ruin an innocent mans life. It's an embarrassment. and needs a complete overhaul at this point. But there's too much money involved now, private prisons and they need people to fill them, and just look at the trickle down economic benefits of having private prisons and inmates to fill them, guards, construction workers, clerks, security system contracts, food warehouses, etc... and this is how capitalism is still failing.

I agree with all of this.

Its all about the W no matter what. 0 Skull fracture yet every other case involving blows to the head had at least a fracture! I mean dude could have pushed her down the stairs yeah but it doesn't seem like he hit her with anything. it's fukked up

One thing I don't remember is did they prosecution bring up why the discovered blow poke was missing the pointy end that would have actually been used to kill her? It was missing the sharp end. But whatever. Yeah no skull fracture or brain contusion is definitely weird. I cant think of many weapons that could do that. Maybe a belt buckle? I don't know. That's the single biggest piece of evidence that makes me believe maybe he didn't do it, and also the piece that makes me not laugh at the owl theory.

How did the cops not find that blow poke?
It's explained in the final episode I believe.

If you want to know now...
Supposedly they did, and they were the ones that propped it back up against the wall in the garage after photographing it. They photographed it but either forgot that they did, or never mentioned it.
Watched episode 1... I remember hearing about this case.

:gucci:why they never cleaned up all that blood off the wall?
I found that strange also. Maybe for the defense team to keep being able to go back to it for helping out their case in court?

Strange family, and strange decision.

BTW the oldest adopted daughter looks exactly like him. Are we sure he didn't have a baby with the lady that fell down the steps in Germany?

Here's a picture of her beside Todd Peterson, who is for sure Michael's biological son.

Family is a little strange, growing up out in the forest I am sure all types of fukkery went on.

Wouldn't surprise me if the whole family knew their Dad was going to do it beforehand...IF he did it.

Micheal Peterson didnt do it.

The blood- she had a blood disease already and had been drinking, which thins the blood. Head wounds bleed out profusely compared to other places. A pint of blood is not a lot but spread that shyt around and it will look like Jason sawed you in half.

Theres no motive and no murder weapon.

A fall is really plausible. She took valium and had been drinking.

It would be impossible to beat her with enough impact to kill her but not cause and injuries to her skull. The defense proved this. Again no murder weapon.

She had feathers in her hands and hair. Blood was found in the front door?? The owl theory makes sense. She went outside struggled with the owl which cut her. In her shock combined with alcohol and valium she falls backwards on the staircase.

This was wild. The prosecution was awful, I can't believe he got convicted the first time. I don't know if he did it man, I'm not convinced at all. The state was wildly corrupt and inept.

Just finished. It's dope as fukk. Rudolph is an excellent criminal defense attorney wow :whew: He shredded the weak ass prosecution from beginning to end.

That said I still think he probably killed her. But I would not have sent him away because there's just not enough there. that dude Deaver from SBI was a real piece of fukkin shyt and you could tell when he was on the stand he was up to no good.

I got no real motive. Even the sisters/other daughter said they had a great marriage. Obviously the blow poke wasn't the murder weapon. So no motive, no weapon, no real cause of death... it's more likely he did it than not but I can't convict a man based on so little.

That Chinese blood pattern specialist had me fukking :dead: when he was on the stand. Rudoph was a funny guy too. A lot of comedy for such a dark documentary.

this was good :obama:
