How do you explain the blood droplets on the gay porn pictures? Also why was he trying to delete the gay porn history? In the case of his wife dying that should have been the last thing on his mind unless he was trying to destroy what could be viewed as motive.

I thought that was the established motive, the marriage appeared to seemingly have no issues apart from his secret life. Also he was deleting his history the night his wife died while detectives were there. That is pretty suspicious, a detective had to tell him to move away.
