This shyt continues to get wilder...

Remember that bytch that testified on the doc that she accidentally contaminated the bullet they found in Steven's garage with her DNA because she was training somebody and passed it off as conclusive even though according to the lab rules you're supposed to toss that out?

In 1985, she testified in the Penny Beernsten case that a hair belonging to Steven was found on Penny's shirt...:martin:

She did do the DNA testing that exonerated him though in 2003...

In the Halbach case she contaminated her control sample but since she used the whole sample for some reason that left nothing for the defense to test...I'm sure that wasn't deliberate...:stopitslime:

Buting kept reminding me of Jim Tressel and Len of Lou Holtz. I literally Lol when Brendans mom screamed from the car "The Halbachs did this themselves...!!!" after he was convicted.

It was either the exbf or bobby dassey. Goes to show you how retarded jurors are tho. It's IMPOSSIBLE to find him guilty with ZERO reasonable doubt based on the evidence that was presented. I wish juror deliberations were recorded to see the crimes that are committed during deliberations

Scott Walker vows to never pardon Steven Avery: It would ‘undermine’ cops and prosecutors

Scott Walker vows to never pardon Steven Avery: It would ‘undermine’ cops and prosecutors

Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker (R) said over the weekend that he would never pardon Steven Avery — or anyone else for that matter — because it would “undermine” the criminal justice system.

On this week’s edition of WFRV’sNewsmaker Sunday, host Kris Schuller noted that Netflix’s hit show Making a Murderer had caused many people to call for Avery’s release. Avery was freed from prison in 2003 after spending 18 years in prison for a rape he did not commit — only to be convicted of murder and sent back to prison in 2005.

Since then, hundreds of thousands of people have petitioned for Avery’s releaseon the grounds that law enforcement and prosecutors orchestrated the conviction of an innocent man.

“I have made it my practice for the last five years to not issue pardons,” Walker told Schuller. “I don’t believe we should undermine the criminal justice system. And this is a prime example.”

“Steven Avery was convicted by a jury of his peers for a brutal, brutal rape and murder of a 25-year-old girl,” the governor continued. “The court of appeals heard his appeal, the state Supreme Court heard his appeal. He’s gone through all of the processes.”

“And if, as some claim, he was innocent then he should introduce or people on his behalf should introduce evidence.”

Walker argued that Avery had cleared himself with DNA evidence once before and so he should do it again.

“If they have new evidence, they should use it,” he said.

Peep this statement....

He is not even concerned if there were miscarriages of justice...he doesnt want to undermine law enforcement
He said if Steve is innocent like he was before, then he can prove he's innocent again.

It took him 18 years to prove that shyt the first time.

:stopitslime:

They really gonna have this man in jail for 75% of his life proving he's innocent when they KNOW this shyt looks like some bull.

The entire state needs to march down to his office and demand his immediate resignation.

I think it was Bobby Dassey and Tadych. Both hated Steve and both being each others alibi seems fishy as fukk

‘Making a Murderer’: Meet the Men Steven Avery Thinks May Have Killed Teresa Halbach
I'm leaning the same way breh...

1) It was Barbs car they were selling so I find it hard to believe Tadych didn't know Teresa was going to be on the property.

2) Bobby and Scott's alibi is each other

3) Tadych has a history of violence towards women yet for some reason Steven burning a cat 20 years ago is far more relevant in this case to some people

4) Scott Tadych tried to sell a .22 rifle that belonged to one of the Dassey boys. Teresa was shot with a .22 rifle

5) Tadychs coworkers also said he left work early on the day Steven was arrested...He was a nervous wreck because one of the Dassey boys had blood on his clothes and their laundry got mixed together. No blood was ever found of Brendan's clothes from that night.

6) Bobby had scratches on his back he claims were from a puppy

7) Bobby said he showered before going hunting. His mother said he showered after he went hunting.

Very suspect...:jbhmm:

Bu bu but Steven burned a cat 20 years ago !!! No way anybody else committed this murder...

i thought scott was suspect myself especially the way he hated steve n kept pressuring barb to get brendan to take a plea deal. my whole thing is how u gonna commit a murder when u have just been exonerated , u know they watching u , what it was they didnt like being looking inept here is this low iq guy who has made the whole county look more stupider than he is plus the county wasnt covered under insurance for the lawsuit. no dna evidence of the supposed rape n throat cutting nowhere, how only steve dna on a key that the victim used erryday not even her dna but its her key, its too much to not see hell a blind person could see this shyt. hell he had a crusher so do u really think he would hide the car in plain sight instead of crushing it....they hated that family cuz they were all a lil touched n marched to their own beat hell they had their own street named after the family, hate knows no bounds......how that case even went to trial with all the fucced up shyt going on is beyond me, when they found out the county was doing the investigation the case should have been thrown out.

This shyt continues to get even more ridiculous...

Calumet County sheriffs got an anonymous tip the body was burned in a nearby smelter and completely disregarded it until Avery's lawyer found out about it...

Steven Avery Murder Trial - John Lee's Trial Blog in Trial Blogs Forum

Buting said he found a letter last fall in the Calumet County file on the case, and said it was found in the Green Bay post office after Halbach disappeared.

The letter allegedly said "body burned in smelter, 3 a.m. Friday," and Buting took that to mean an old smelter near an old Avery salvage building. He said police did nothing with the letter, and did not send it to the crime lab for analysis until he asked.

Crazy
