lol It's obvious that a couple people in this thread would have made terrible jurors as well. You can't ask "why?" and throw about logic when it comes to someone who is mentally disabled. If you've ever been around someone like Brenden (and I've worked with special Ed students before) it is extremely difficult to tell when they are lying or telling the truth, their story changes as they think you want it to change. Whatever you say to them shapes the story they tell. They just want to make you proud or make you leave them alone.

I'm not saying you cannot obtain valuable information but in the videos we've seen, he was obviously being led in a direction where he was guessing the answers they wanted so he could go home or back to class.
Bruh they could of got that kid to confess to killing Biggie and Pac if they wanted to...

They had him hook line and sinker in the first interview they did at the school where they planted the seed that uncle Steve is blaming it all on him and only they can save him if he tells the truth...From that moment on this kid just started telling ducktales...

Second interview transcripts...

http://convolutedbrian.com.s3.amazonaws.com/dassey/13May2006/13May06Transcript.pdf

First he claims he went to help uncle Steve pick stuff up around the yard for the bonfire at 7pm...After they did that he claims uncle Steve told him he has something to show him inside his trailer...They go inside and he sees Teresa naked tied and shackled to the bed with cuffs uncle Steve bought...

He later on changes that entire part of his story because they told him the timeline doesn't make sense...He changes it to he went to pick up the mail around 3:30pm, knocks on uncle Steves door, Steve answered the door all sweaty and made him come inside...

Also they asked him multiple questions about how Teresa looked...did she have pubic hair...Brendan answered no both times they asked that question...Fassbender responds with you sure? you told us in the first interview that she did...

Here's the first interview...Brendan never told them she had pubic hair...

This shyt is certifiably ridiculous...

If you think you're lonely now, ohhh girl...
People say that Blaine or Tadych killed her, but what would be their motive?????? As far as we know they never even met this woman before, never interacted with her the way Steve had, but just decide to kill her. You can't say, "Oh, what is the motive for Steve killing her," and then blame people who have essentially no interaction with TH at any point in their life for the killing. Steve doesn't have a motive for killing her? Okay, cool. What's Blaine's and Tadych's motive?:jbhmm:

Basically, life turns on a dime. And what we are trying to do is retroactively make sense of something that's probably nonsensical and purely impulse driven. Naturally, we are like any other animal. We react off instinct, impulse, and stimuli. What makes us special is that we have the ability to justify our reaction with some kind of justification/reasoning (i.e., most people would cook up some kinda of reasoning for the things and decisions they make that are a byproduct of stimuli/instinct unless they are psychology deficient [sociopath or psychopath]) -- whether it's specious reasoning or not is another thing.

You know how many times I've gone somewhere with ONLY the money to pay my bills for the month and still spent money? Still went out to eat? Still copped that Rainbow 6 Siege for PS4? :dame:

You know how many times I've ran up in a woman I barely know unprotected because I was thinking about them gushy sugarwalls? Cause she was fine. And I did it despite knowing the risks, the CDC STD rates, I did it anyways? :dame:

How many of y'all ain't ever play Russian Roulette with your life? :dame:

You know how many times my mom told me to do or not to do something, and when the opportunity arose I did the opposite -- only to realize later she was right? :dame:

Just because there's no motive like if he killed her he was going to get 20 million in life insurance money -- doesn't mean he didn't. It doesn't mean Blaine or someone else didn't either. I'm talking purely outside the court of law. We make instinctive decisions we later rationalize all the time. I don't think he woke up with the idea in his mind he was going to kill her that day; all there needed to be was him to feel like instinctively he had no choice but to kill her. Something happened, he reacted.

Whats Stevens motive?

I agree this was probably a random crime and random shyt happens everyday in our lives but you can't dismiss motive from ANYBODY just because they didn't know Teresa...you telling me people don't kill people they never met? there aren't rapists and murderers sitting in prison right now for victimizing people they never met?

If you don't need motive for Steve to believe he done it then you shouldn't need motive from Blaine and Tadych to believe they may have done it...That's called being reasonable and in order to convict somebody of murder there can't be any reasonable doubt in your mind that they done it...

I'm saying that same thing applies to Steve. People say Steve didn't have a motive to kill her and blame other people with next to no interaction for the murder. Well, it doesn't work like that. I can say the same thing about Steve. Steve doesn't need a motive to have done it and the same applies to others. But, in this "anyone but Steve" game people are playing they're picking and choosing when to apply that. "What would Steve's motive be? He was about to get 36 million. Why kill her?" And so on. If Blaine doesn't need a motive to kill her neither does Steve -- regardless of the lawsuit, the 18 years in prison, etc. That's what I'm saying.

The stoop with dat dope fanny padding
This is infuriating. Steven Avery should have gotten off reasonable doubt alone and Brendan should have never gotten convicted. And I still can't get my head on how the hell does one get shot and raped and none of her DNA (bodily fluids or hair or anything like that) is found at the crime scene ? :beli: Theresa was supposedly raped while tied and chained to the bed and they found absolutely nothing on the mattress ? How does one clean up DNA off a mattress ? It makes no sense :mindblown:

EDIT : And the Sergeant running the missing cars plates before Theresa was even declared missing :snoop:

The car getting called in two days prior is a way bigger deal than it was played out on the show

That alone should show the car was planted

shyt that was the only thing giving me any pause for thought... this is all so fukked.

Governor sounds like an proper asshat.

"Oh I know it's been democratically agreed that I need powers to overturn shyt judicial decisions but I promise you... I WILL NEVER USE THEM because it sounds well tough and I don't give a fukk about anything but finding new cheap tricks to con votes off poorly educated hicks with less idea of what's actually good for them than cattle lining up outside an abattoir."

Kratz caught lying once again about his "strong evidence"...

Kratz says Brendan led them to the hood latch DNA which now we know was contaminated because the retards didn't change gloves in between searching Steven's and Teresa's vehicles...

Brendan never led them to that though, he never told them anything about a hood latch...THEY (Fassbender and Weiter) led Brendan into CONFIRMING that...They already knew about the hood latch cuz they had contaminated the fukking vehicle...they wanted Brendan to say the words "raised the hood latch" but he couldn't guess that one right..

That whole district needs to be wrecked by a tornado.

They had no evidence of Steve or Brendan killing her. Her key had Steve's DNA on it, but not hers?
3268.gif

Steve's fingerprints weren't on the car doors, so how did he get in? Wheres the evidence of Brendan being inside of the house? They kill and supposedly rape her but what physical evidence support that? how tf does that makes any sense? How come there weren't any independent psychologists called to analyze Branden? Anyone with basic understanding of people, can easily look at Branden and realize he's a little slow cognitively, thus making him easily manipulated. What you had was two eager piece of shyt detectives in a room with a mentally handicapped kid by himself, that should never happen!!

I'm on episode 9, but too pissed to finish this shyt. Stupid ass jurors man...

you know what the real travesty about this and the law in general

The legal establishment will go out of its way to double down and hide its failings rather than try to right any wrongs that they perpetrated

These a$$holes in wisconsin would rather go up in flames that to remedy the ineptitude and corruption invoved in this

This shyt is the kind of thing that would get these cops families BUTCHERED in certain countries
