Yea my bad, this shyt relly gets me in my feelings. Every time another person brings it up I end up in tears.

This shyt is fukked, especially how the narrative is all focused on Stephen, when the two things I took away are:

  • They killed a 16 year old retarded kid (thats what life in prison means) to convict someone else, repeatedly questioning him with non parents or lawyer. Just think of it from a rational perspective, there is absolutely no reason to say anything but "lawyer" and "yes/no (sir :mjpls:)" to the cops. They cnt get you a better deal.
  • Evidence was clearly tampered with. Based on the facts presented in /out the doc, I cant say what Stephen did or didnt do. He was def a creep ad damaged goods.]
This shyt is the definition of deeper than rap. The lives of the poor are expendable.
It's all good dog it was just late and I was posting every stupid thought that ran through my head cuz this doc made my head spin

I'm still torn on whether or not I think Steve did it, and its driving me crazy. I need some fukking closure on this shyt, and coming into this thread didn't help much either but I have to say that womans account of her husbands strange activities during the week of the abduction/murder are very interesting and part of me wants to make that leap and say that I think that he did it even though I know that its unlikely. Unlikely, yes, but we'll never know because the police never pursued any leads other then the Avery one that they were so dead set on chasing. And if somebodys wife is implicating him that heavily in a murder that seems like something worth following up on.

The thing that constantly made me think that he actually might of done it was how casually he talked about the police framing him. If it was me I would be screaming and pissed and over the top and hes just like "meh, dey tryna get me I don't know why but I hope dey don't get me." Something was off about his whole demeanor.

His nephew and that dude Scott are both suspicious too, this whole things is so annoying. There's just enough evidence in every direction that makes things seem possible and casts suspicion but never enough evidence to come to a reasonable conclusion, note to the hick jurors of Monotowocwhatever county.

If I had to make a guess I would say that Steven Avery did that shyt butttt that the cops also planted the evidence and so he shouldn't have been convicted let alone his nephew which is a travesty and makes me sad. People by and large are too stupid for the responsibility of sitting on a jury. If I had been on the jury I wouldn't have budged and someone should have had the balls to stand their ground on that.

if you all are interested, Adam Carolla does a podcast with one of the most high-profile criminal defense attorneys out there Mark Geragos and they break down the doc on their newest episode. They said they're also having Steve avery's attorney as a guest next week so that should be good

The biggest key in this case that hasn't been found is where this woman was killed...If they found evidence she was killed in the salvage yard this is an open and shut case, its only logical Steven killed her since he was the last one to see her on the Avery property according to the timeline...The physical evidence in this case though does not support she was killed in Stevens trailer or the garage and im assuming they searched the entire salvage yard...She was killed somewhere off that property imo unless you seriously believe Steve Avery and his high IQ of 70 can clean up forensic evidence like Dexter Morgan...

:yeshrug:
If she was killed in the salvage yard or anywhere on the Avery property (besides Steven's trailer or garage), and taking into account that the car wasn't crushed or dismantled [left out in the open] - it would lead me to believe it was either Charles, Earl, Bobby or Scott - or a combination of either of them. Steven wouldn't leave the car for someone to find; his brothers, nephew or brother-in-law would, as they'd know the first person the cops would point the finger at would be Steven (for not only the obvious reasons, but because it was widely-known that Teresa was meeting Steven), and/or they wouldn't risk Steven hearing them crush the car.

This is infuriating. Steven Avery should have gotten off reasonable doubt alone and Brendan should have never gotten convicted. And I still can't get my head on how the hell does one get shot and raped and none of her DNA (bodily fluids or hair or anything like that) is found at the crime scene ? :beli: Theresa was supposedly raped while tied and chained to the bed and they found absolutely nothing on the mattress ? How does one clean up DNA off a mattress ? It makes no sense :mindblown:

EDIT : And the Sergeant running the missing cars plates before Theresa was even declared missing :snoop:

We all get that he wasn't gonna get 36 million but he was going to get a significant amount of money, why risk that?
I feel like honestly because they could. If I had to speculate and put on my tinfoil hat, I'd say they've done shyt like that before successfully.
