The voicemail thing is what really bothers me. Why is it OK for the roommate/ex-BF to "guess" her password and access her voicemails? Her voicemail was full at the time of her murder too. Why isn't there a bigger deal about the deleted messages? Why did they not investigate her call records when her boss says she was getting troubling phone calls?

Also, what's up with Brendan's brother and step dad testifying against Steve? Thought their entire testimony was bizarre.
It's ok cause the cops are trying to frame steven. So they don't care who killed her. They only care about being able to convict steven of the crime.

How do you guys think Theresa died? Did the cops stumble upon her body & plant it on the Avery property? The cop did phone in the plates before the car was discovered. How did no one see the cops put the vehicle on the property or see them scatter the bones in the fire pit?:patrice:
thats what i think happened

I really like Steven's defense attorneys. You can tell they really care. My sister is a defense attorney and you can tell who the really passionate ones are

Brendan's last two attorneys seemed to care too (the ones after Len).

I saw that John Oliver piece a few months back about how court appointed public defenders are overworked and cannot actually spend the necessary time for each case they have to work. Seeing this documentary pretty much showed that with Brendan's case. His last two attorneys put in work, but they had to mad scramble at the end because of Len's bytchassness.

This random Sandy lady falling in love with Steven :mjlol:

People are fukking weird man
Bruh it really makes no sense, but when I think about Manson had the same kind of support. Like the woman said, she lost her husband, so she and Steven had something in common. I just don't understand the need/want to attach yourself to someone, some family, that you can't have a future with.

finally finished brehs i dont even know what to think now :lupe:

i wonder what the fbi's minimum value for detecting edta in the blood was

or how long is EDTA even detectable when the blood is exposed to air and the elements?

to me this all rides on whether the blood was planted or not.
fbi and prosecutor were buddies. that test wasnt even done properly using the scientific method. some analytical chemist bashed it on the stand

It's crazy because when you break it down at least for brendon there was no evidence for anything he said. Like can I go into a police station right now and confess to a crime that never happened and go to jail:dwillhuh:
Yeah, it's fukking insane. Forget proving what I said is true, I said it therefore it's true and incriminating.

I was going to be a police when I was growing up too :snoop:
