I'm no legal eagle... but why wasn't there any investigation into who compromised the vial and who broke the evidence tape then attempted to put scotch tape over the rip?

if they took an exact amount of dudes blood in the 94 case, could they in any way tell exactly how much was missing?

how did they manage to poke a hole in the top of the vial and not spill any on top ?
Probably because it would implicate someone on the force (just my speculation but that detective sergeant lenk seems to have been involved directly in most of the fukkery).

During his time in prison for a rape he was later cleared of, Kratz says Avery allegedly "told another inmate of his intent to build a 'torture chamber' so he could rape, torture and kill young women when he was released." Kratz adds, "He even drew a diagram."
He's still pushing that narrative but no blood was found in that dirty ass room. :francis:

This stuff is so strange.

On the one hand they said he cleaned the entire garage (and trailer) so well, all those dozens of objects and floor, that no DNA or blood was found like criminal mastermind while parking the car on his own land, in the open, when he could make into a cube in no time and have no problems hiding it, both on and off his land.

Did all that then hid the car with a few sticks thrown on it in a place where it could be spotted with 10 min of entering the auto yard

:laff: what...gtfoh with that

Cops been locking up innocent people on confessions for years. You think this is the first case? This shyt is well documented from slavery, jim crow, to 2015.
and they mention in the documentary. that a confession doesn't mean that its the truth and the fact you can put someone away based off a confession with no evidence to back it up is why cops work so hard to get people to "confess" to a crime. And the jury they think a confession = truth. so thats an automatic guilty charge.

finally finished brehs i dont even know what to think now :lupe:

i wonder what the fbi's minimum value for detecting edta in the blood was

or how long is EDTA even detectable when the blood is exposed to air and the elements?

to me this all rides on whether the blood was planted or not.

How do you guys think Theresa died? Did the cops stumble upon her body & plant it on the Avery property? The cop did phone in the plates before the car was discovered. How did no one see the cops put the vehicle on the property or see them scatter the bones in the fire pit?:patrice:

Brother, ex and roommate are suspects in my mind.

Steve was a well known figure. No doubt there were Private investigators tailing him daily. If the woman was constantly over there, then it's not impossible to believe that the 3 ppl closest to her knew Steve could be a fall man.

Also, if we're to believe them, Brendan's brother and step father were the last 2 ppl to see her alive that day. You can see by their animosity toward Steve and propensity to lie that they have to be suspects as well. Not to mention we never see any mention of them protecting Brendan or being character witnesses on his behalf. So they have to be suspects as well.

My problem is that there is no investigation in regards to the possibility that she actually left averys lot. I don't care if that was the last place she was seen. Where could she have possibly gone after leaving. Nobody saw this truck anywhere?

The voicemail thing is what really bothers me. Why is it OK for the roommate/ex-BF to "guess" her password and access her voicemails? Her voicemail was full at the time of her murder too. Why isn't there a bigger deal about the deleted messages? Why did they not investigate her call records when her boss says she was getting troubling phone calls?

Also, what's up with Brendan's brother and step dad testifying against Steve? Thought their entire testimony was bizarre.
