Can you show me where in the OP this says? Because I'm genuinely interesting that I missed that reading it 3 times.

my bad bruh. i'm the illiterate one here actually:pachaha:

The subscription miss was Netflix’s largest since the second quarter of 2016. It lost 126,000 domestic paid subscribers vs. an expected gain of about 310,000.

Netflix stock drops more than 10% as earnings show huge decline in new subscribers

the domestic stat was in a different article i read:skip:

I still don't understand how they are operating at a loss when they make billions...:heh: They must spend their money too fast before they turn a profit...

amazon was the same for years. I think only within the last few years they are turning a profit..shyt I believe uber/lyft still hasn't turned profits either
You gotta understand a lot of these major companies cook the books like crazy to make it seem like they lose money. Losses means paying less income taxes and more tax deductables/refunds. Meanwhile the "losses" they make are costs paid for services done by daughter/sister companies so the money just floats around under the same umbrella.

I miss old netflix that sent dvds to the house and you could get EVERY movie.

now I log in, think of an old movie, go to search, nope, not there. like wtf. netflix was an answer to blockbuster but now its become a studio thats full of 200 new series per year that I dont want to watch, and selected movies.

sure they probably have added subs in other countries cause they can put a lot of foreign content without worrying about studios, but I dont watch korean soaps. so its useless.
Bruh I was on there the other week, like how the fukk do you not have Scorsese's Casino?!

:mindblown::mindblown::mindblown:

That search came up empty and the Netflix AI hit me with the "Nah, but we got Heat tho :youngsabo:"

Nah fam :camby:

they dont have pulp fiction. and that makes no sense because back in the days, I got all the tarantino movies via dvd mail. so the studios must have struck back and filed some kinda copyright thing once they entered the movie/tv show game.

Can't wait until the threads about all the piff WarnerMedia originals start popping off:wow:

Netflix is done. "WarnerMedia and chill?"/"Disney+ and chill?"/"CBS All Access and chill?" finna be the new phrases:mjlit:

I predict they lose all 151 million subscribers by November:mjgrin:

I got rid of cable just so I could subscribe to 10 different streaming services that in total exceed my cable bill. Boss shyt:smugdraper:

I can see why some would feel that way but I have Hulu for free and I strongly disagree that their original content are better than the ones on Prime or Netflix.
I think average it's between Prime and hulu so I'm not mad at anyone who thinks Hulu has the best content
