Brehs, really?? We gon act like "Respect" doesn't exist on Ready to Die :stopitslime::stopitslime:

or that one of the VERY FIRST FEATURES he had was with Super Cat on "Dolly my baby" remix :francis:

but either way, to his defense, he would've gotten on some jamaican production later on in his career, gotta realize he was still brand new in the game

Talking more about lyrics breh...the documentary made it clear he spent a lot of time out there in Jamaica but you'd never know just listening to his shyt

and i had no idea easy mo bee was acting as an OG mentor to big and junior mafia trying to take them off the block if he could and all that. he really had a pretty solid support system around him when you look at it

btw no hate for ms. wallace but i do not believe that she ain't know big pops was married son
That was dope idk wat it is but back in the 90s the ogs who had connections to get u heard or saw wether musically or athletically was huge in black community. breh i remember vividly in summer 97 toine 1st yr in the league Antoine walker use to pull up on us in the hood on the westside while we hooping gave us opportunity to play on the southside at a biddy bball tournament even had the county sheriff van take us up there n dropped us off. Its crazy because during that time u only had 3 options; the streets, hoop to try live out your hoop dreams or stay on the porch n watch tv. Ogs aint pulling up like dat no more fuk around get robbed or assassinated :francis:

i always heard toine was a real one, used to love him on boston with mercer and billups, that's great he came back to the hood and fukked with yall. that chi town love right there. but yeah you're right man, that guidance from the OG's is something missing man. you could tell it wasn't just rap with mo bee, because he was concerned about all the young'ns in junior mafia too

i gained a whole lot of respect for mo bee in this documentary & like damn we finally get a documentary/film period about biggie that measures up to his greatness. all the stories were great and not the gossipy bullshyt. also it was a good look that they spoke to matty c and put him in this documentary because him and biggie were mad close. i mean real close. matty actually tried to introduce me to big a few times but he was never in the hood when we went. i saw big a few times at lyricist lounge with puff & busta, the muse with crustified dibbs, and even at the tunnel with kim and junior mafia.. but i wasn't just gonna run up on son on some dikkriding shyt like, yo big i know ya man matty c! :krs: lol he'd be like so what a lot of nikkas know matty who the fukk is you? lol so i never got to really speak to him, sad because it would have meant a lot to me

netflix is wild trash but every now and then they come with something epic. who killed malcolm x, quincy jones doc, and now this. biggie was done properly with this one. i wanna watch it again this weekend with my uncle

It's a good documentary and I thought it was gonna be the same shyt documentary I've seen it but lucky D-Roc brought unseen behind the screen camera when Biggie was alive. We get a lot of D-Roc interview in this documentary.

We met Biggie's uncle and his grandma, and O (drug dealer). That's fukked up when O got killed by his Uncle. We get to meet a famous Jazz musician when Biggie visit him next neighbor.

Biggie was a cool as fukk and a humble dude. he wants to have fun, chill out, etc. Sadly, Pac had to drag Biggie's death with him over unnecessary bullshyt when Biggie had nothing to do with it.
See I don’t totally agreee with the narrative pac got big killed ..... pac deffo heightened the tense atmosphere for sure !! seems suge was just been a bitter hater and felt he had to get 1 over on puffy by having biggie killed in my opinion plus they were using the same gang that killed pac as muscle out west so that right there raises suspicion n that’s a major factor ..... let’s be real tho and unbias badboy did have no bizz out in l.a so sooner after pac death and suge been locked .... sorry to say it was bound to happen .... pac n bigs beef might have been been as real as pac or the media made out but suge vs puffy beef was real ....

Not picking up his calls, leaving him out to dry after getting shot, the timing of who shot ya, the dogg pound incident, etc. it was a culmination of things, for as much as yall love to act like yall are so objective on this matter by downtalking and ad homining people as "pac stans" its always funny how when this is mentioned its yall backtracking or deflecting these points like how you do here on the Dogg pound thing

what are you telling me the bold for? what are you conterarguing me on with that?you need to take your own advice you half brain ass nikka. Because idk what your rebuttaling at.

i dont care about what else you saying on that 2nd half. The fact of the matter was this beef was escalated and grew partially(a huge one at that) because of this hoe shyt Big did. does this mean pac didnt have any faults in this? No
but big played a big part in it as well as any other. With him being the initiator to a big event that help sprung this feud up.. And yall continue to ignore that. and at this point its not cause you dont know but cause of yall own narratives and biases yall want to uphold

so you can continue to jibber jabber about how this ascended all by pac and trying to act like Bigg was a victim. The thing is hes not

im not gonna respond to that hogwash you typed about stretch, dre, and snoop.
Not picking up his calls? BIG tried to see him in the hospital and was rejected. He tried to talk to Pac. I don't know where you're getting your info from. Oh and the gun Pac had that night that was never found? BIG took it from where it was hid in the studio and walked right past the cops with it. Leaving him out to dry? What the fukk does that even mean? Ok the timing of Whoshotya wasn't great, but at the same time he should hold back his music due to another dudes FALSE accusations?

Are you dumb? I was talking about how this whole thing started with Pac and his crazy accusations. You come back with "bu bu but BIG called the radio station and got the Dogg Pounds trailer shot up". If I start some shyt with you, on lies and bullshyt, create a whole beef involving labels and coasts, and then eventually you get mad and do something in response, SILLY NYQQA THAT"S ON ME! I started this bullshyt, and when you respond now its your fault too? You sound stupid for that.

Pac started the shyt, and he had the power and knowledge to dead it. He chose not to, despite being directly told by the dude who had him robbed and shot, that it was him and he was teachin him a lesson. He had the opportunity to say "My bad BIG, this aint on you. I know who is behind it and I will handle it". Instead he continued with the lies, using it to sell records, and creating ridiculous tension. He did not act like man. He started a huge lie, and just let that shyt fester. Straight up bytch move.

The Dre, Snoop, Stretch comment was to show that your boy was losing his fukkin mind and coming at EVERYBODY. But who does this dummy show loyalty to? Suge Knight. WTF.

Forget it dude. You wanna clain that BIG ain't the victim, but if somebody FALSELY ACCUSES you of robbing and shooting them and says it to the world every fukkin chance he gets, how the fukk is BIG not a vicitim? Oh because eventually he responded with anger? FOH.

Yeah I agree with some ov this stuff I’ve always said how pac handled quad studio shooting was him saving face ....... even majesty said pacs the type ov nikka not to take back his words ...pac had to much ov a ego .... he was defffo wrong but it got to a point where if he took back what he said he would look funny style so he ran with it..... once suge was in the picture it was a wrap cause with suge u get a whole lot ov negative energy and a bunch of piru killers surrounding suge he pac felll right into that mess ....

so now you gonna act brand new like you dont know the impact leaving your homie who almost died, out on his own mean?:dwillhuh: when you add that plus the release of who shot ya. You mean to tell me you wouldnt have a issue? LOL

@Bold wait hold up now, you saying now that Big was in the right to do that because of what pac did?
Pac didnt do half the shyt you said he did by then you dumb nikka:what:, by that time all he did was mention Biggie and puff for the fact that they "knew" who set him up in the Vibe interview earlier

then Big pulled that bytch ass nikka shyt as well as some other sneaky things he did prior that i mentioned and here we are. So yes the blame goes partly to him in a hugely fashion. As someone who initiated a Big event that lit the fire to what happen after.

The rest of what you said is just drivel that Im not gonna bother to entertain. Especially with the mind frame i see you have here of seemingly justifying the shooting and misconstruing the matters.

It amazes me to this day people try to justify what 2pac did. I just don’t get it. I can understand when we were kids not understanding. But it’s grown men that are in their mid 30’s & damn near 50 years old that still justified Pac shyt.

He implemented Biggie & Puff in attempt murder publicly that he knew they had nothing to do with it. Don’t matter if Big knew or not. Biggie didn’t shoot u.

I really try to block this out because every time I think about it. shyt makes me hate 2pac when I loved his music just as much as any rapper
:mjlol: more lies

You are right. Big gets off scott free because he's from the media capitol of the world, and the people who love him get to tell/re-tell the history first. That being said...Pac started it. From mischaracterizing the shooting to fostering the east/west thing, even as a Pac stan I have to place that blame on him.

Big deserves some blame too though. Who Shot Ya, even though we know it likely had nothing to do with Pac...was a violation. From the Quad situation to Jimmy Henchman to the aftermath of Pac's death, Big portrayed himself as a street nikka who understood the codes of how things go. What you should say, what you shouldn't. To me, Who Shot Ya was some happenstance thing. It was probably deliberate, because that's the type of shyt Big was on. Oh you think you're a street nikka like me? Well look at you, fukked up in jail...who shot ya? That's the perception, and Big had to know that and did it anyway. But Big couldn't have possibly guessed that Pac would leave jail bigger than ever and wage war like he did. He thought Pac was finished.

But to me the biggest issue with Big came after Pac's death. Long Kiss Goodnight is like taking a victory lap on a man's grave. Marine blue...yea ok Big. Again, come on. And then you bust the lyrics in a freestyle on live LA radio? Death wish.
