But you can believe it or not. Funny you bumped this cause I'm actually up getting this workout in right now.

Here's the routine I'm doing tonight




I'm 41 minutes in. I'm planning to go to an hr and then hit the bed.

You aint gotta believe it bro. You act like I'm giving you some ethereal routine or something but I'm actually posting the videos and telling you that I'm doing what these brothas are doing

I'm nearly 3 weeks in now and I've made progress

I believe you can too. I'm sure you and I both have spent 3 weeks engaging in utter foolishness in our past.

Well you can't spend 3 weeks on an attempt to better yourself? Is that not worth 3 weeks to you?

As my mentor Morpheus said, I can only show you the door. Its up to you to walk through it.

I think as a rule on these gym threads, no one should be allowed to post about a bulking, transformation, fat loss etc thread without providing a single picture and a progress picture after a month or two. :yeshrug::francis:

maybe that's just me

Correction. I just did 48 min and I'm done for tonight. My muscles feel like they're dying :laugh:



But that's the thing about this routine that I think creates the change so quickly. You're literally working your body past your limits. I keep shattering my glass ceilings almost daily. And when I'm done, I feel like I'm dying.

But then I go to bed, get a good 7 to 8 hrs of sleep and wake up the next day feeling like a new man.

Then later that night I do it all over again. :wow:

And if I was telling you that I invented some magic routine, then I would agree with you. I shouldn't claim that I created the holy grail without showing proof.

But its not my routine. Its the guy in the vid. Like Falcon said in Captain America The Winter Soldier, I do what he does, just slower.

I'm doing the routine that Broly, the dude in the video does, just slower.

You can look at him to see the results from what he's doing. And there's plenty of folks in his FB group that's doing it right along with us that are putting up progress pics. They tried to get me to put mine up but I'm a halfway public figure. I aint about to do all that :laugh:

speaking of Broly, how does a person drink a STOUT everyday whilst training and remain THAT lean with that level of striations and definition.
A lot of these YT "Calisthenics" brehs use weights and gear, and still do Calisthenics, but on YT they don't show that their leg gains come from squats and isolation machines.

I've trained for too long and have been immersed in the fitness stuff for years, I tend to spot bs a mile away.

Zeff is a true Calisthenics NATURAL athlete... these newer brehs :francis:

Folks not in the gym like that don't realize most of these YT/IG fitness cats are frauds/fake natties. Just look at AthleanX.

They also don't realize most folks on the coli don't known shyt about working out.

fully agree breh.

and I can't spot them miles off.

I follow everything from Bodybuilding/Mr Olympia (including bodybuilding trainers like Chris Aceto), I follow Calisthenics, dieticians, guys who specialize in gear, guys who rep Fasting, everything and anything to do with fitness and health.

in my honest opinion Broly Gainz takes testosterone and another anabolic drug and uses weights, the giveaway is being too lean whilst carrying that level of bulk when his heart is at resting level.

if you're natural there should a difference between your pre workout body and the vuscular/pump look mid or post work out, also theres certain development on the Quads and Glutes that you're only gonna get from years of sqauting (if you notice a guy like Zeff has no leg gains).


I wasn't shocked when Athlean X was exposed, the breh is too lean/ripped all year round (and if you know fitness, the leaner you are the weaker you are, when you packing a bit of body fat your strength goes up too)

almost everything I see online and on social media is a lot of good information mixed in with a lot of bs.

I'll forever be grateful to Calisthenics coz they helped get back my peak physique again, but damn there's a lot bs out here.

also what is notion of packing lean muscles over a few months?

Are you aware of Derek's channel, More Plates More Dates, he does a decent ongoing series on Natty or not but he uses famous A list actors as his exhibitions.

I usually watch Vitruvian Physique's videos on fake natties.

Brothas aint nothing like being in shape and fitting in your clothes the way a man supposed to.

Being out of shape is a form of depression. Whenever I'm not in shape like I know I'm supposed to be, I've felt lowkey depressed. That stuff messes with your head, man. Be ashamed to step out the house, or wearing loose fitting clothes all the time.

Man... I'm still not where I want to be (I want to slim my waist completely down and get this 8 pack showing) but I'm definitely not where I was.

Back wearing actual fitting clothes again :pachaha:and feeling myself :ohlawd:
