My woman gave me a challenge tonight that she will let me train her to get her in tip top shape if I show that I can get in great shape myself.

:ehh: I'm intrigued by the challenge plus I want to wear her ass out (double entendre) so I accepted the challenge.

I had a 6 pack when I was younger so I feel I can get back to where I was.

Tonight is legs night.

I pretty much followed the leg routine from breh in this video

I did like 70% of this video tho and I can barely lift my legs off the floor right now:wow:

Also, notice how I said slower, not that it's not possible.


If he has access to weights, yeah lifting would def be better for getting right faster. Could even do the calisthenics on 2 or 3 non-lifting days per week.

All I got at home is some lil 20 lb dumbbells so I'm tossing them around right now.

Gym isn't open so obviously not gonna be able to get my hands on any real weight so imma just do what I can from home.

Really just trying to clean up my diet and keep it consistent. If my abs show in 2 months and I got definition, that will be good enough for me (and for her :mjlit:)

My folks are getting me a pull up/dip machine for my bday so I'm excited about that. I've always struggled with pull-ups and now that I got this extra weight on me, I know its gonna be hard.

But I'm really looking fwd to it

With no weights, best bet might be Murph. :patrice:

1 mile run
100 pull-ups
200 push-ups
300 air squats
1 mile run

You prolly won't be able to do the workout in one go initially, and that's fine. Just do as much as time permits and then eventually do the whole thing, working on trying to complete it faster each time. Five days a week ought to do it.

Also look into getting a weighted dip/chin belt, a weight vest, and google "greasing the groove" workouts for chin/pull-ups.

that's partly it but I told her Rocky is :flabbynsick: and he's Adonis Creeds trainer :ufdup:


But real talk she told me that cause she dont want me to train her period. I been on her about her weight before and she dont like me talking about it so this was her way of telling me that.

She dont think imma do it :stopitslime:
