Isn't this the same thing Terrance was speaking on. Terrance Howard said the same thing and Neil went crazy on him but he doesn't here? :mjpls:

Half way thru and it’s pretty obvious what happened. Terrance is far removed (if he was ever involved) from the day to day of the scientific community, and may have no idea what a peer review is. He caught feelings, was probably seeing red when he saw the first comment :pachaha: Meanwhile that’s standard in that community

It’s fascinating to listen to NDT’s scientific emotion-free comments spliced with Terrence flipping it onto some Hollywood emotional shyt like it was a movie script he was pitching :heh:

Poignant to where we are as a society too :ehh: People from afar think they can be experts without putting in the detailed painstaking work, and have no respect for the people that do

Many people in the field of science went in on Terrence illogical approaches.

They are debating quantum physics, and presumably gravity is not a basic principle for all planets throughout the universe, as it is for this planet. So no, Terrence is not correct. If so he needs to show it through a concept that can be tested and measured by others.

The sad thing is that there are plenty of reputable scientists that are working on fringe theories, some of them on their way to peer review, some mathematically still being fleshed out. TH should have aligned himself with people that are credited in their field and work through his theories instead of letting his ego drop the top and cruise around antagonizing the field. Listen to Donald Hoffman for example, explaining their work on space time not being fundamental but emergent, consciousness as fundamental to interfacing with these emergent phenomena, extra dimensional geometry and reality as we understand it might be fractal building blocks that represent what we consider laws of physics being emergent in this plane of existence. A long watch but absolutely cutting edge stuff by reputable scientists.

Missed that podcast, but I did watch this one last week.
