Negrophobia should be the term dominating the public dialogue imo when it comes to anti-black racism and white supremacy.
Because it doesn't only focus on the particular black plight, it also encompasses anti-black hatred from other groups than white people. With negrophobia, you can talk more accurately about the global anti-black culture and its branches in Arab culture, Asian culture, etc, than you could do it with the term "white supremacy".
