Not that radio hosts have to be geo-political geniuses, but at @25:00 when he asked are AAs the largest group of black people?... :scust: at the lack of knowledge... There's a billion plus Africans in Africa :martin:.....but the point he was alluding to is that AA entertainers don't/shouldn't have to be confined to the U.S. audience for a paycheck and constant roles, etc, when there is a billion person market they look like.. .............That's one of my regular African Diaspora rants.

China making a killing modernizing a lot of African cities but they are building shytty buildings; cheap materials

Awful. ever since I heard him spewing the N word on the Combat Jack show and hearing how condescending and arrogant he was, I've never paid him any mind. He always tries to push this narrative that he was just as influential as Dave on The Chappelle Show, when his sole sketches were always the worst. If he was as good as he thinks he is, he wouldn't be as unpopular as he is today. Most key contributors on that show blew up and still make noise in comedy. He's white and the best he's been able to do is be a podcaster. What that mean?

Say What??? :what:
I need some elaboration and receipts on this.:martin:

Respectfully, I disagree with everything you just typed lol

And he didn't co-write Top Five, he just did "punch-up" on it like comics sometimes do ie. he comes on set and as they film if he thinks of something funnier between takes he suggests it and they try that.

To say that he "helped out" on Chappelle's Show is like saying Larry David "helped out" on Seinfeld. Just because he wasn't the person saying the jokes, doesn't mean he didn't write a lot of the material, especially given that he also directed and sat in the edit room for 90%+ of the sketches.

If you listen to his podcast, and catch him in interviews like this, you'd actually be able to tell that his viewpoint was an integral part of Chappelle's Show and he was way more than a "helper", it was both of their brainchild.

Neal was an integral part of the show, but he wasn't Larry David to Seinfeld...where Larry was the main writer. The show was still Dave's vision.

I've seen Neal live twice and dude is hilarious.

I don't need either to admit it. I don't just watch people, I absorb all information and nuances. Dave did 80 percent of it, I'm sure of that. There were some of the weaker sketches that I'm sure were Neal's idea and fit his style, but I know Dave Chappelle's style to the tee, and most of that reeks of being his brainchild.

Maaan shut up. Not everything is racial. No one outside of Davd and Neal knows who wrote what. And they did that for a reason.

Obviously the show is called the Chappelle show for a reason and it's his vision, but quit trying to down play Neal because he is white.

He played an integral role in that show.

On another note, Neal's "nikka you need to eat" bit is funny :russ:

His special was only OK, I'd give it a 6.5/10, but in it there was some really funny stuff.

I wish I was in NY to check out this 3 Mics thing. I saw a glimpse of it on that Meltdown show on Comedy Central and it seemed OK.

Shut the fucc up cac. Neal didn't do shyt.

Neal wrote most of Half Baked: it sucked, but Chappelle carried it and it was a cult hit for the weed genre. Neal's style is easily recognizable.

Neal helped out on Top 5: it sucked, and was Chris Rock's worst movie. Neal's style of writing is once again easily recognizable.

Neal's style of humor and writing is easy for someone of my intellect to recognize. Neal is an overrated writer and comedian who's name is attached to Chappelle Show, so he gets accolades and kudos that he doesn't deserve. Neal writes the same way he did his breakfast club interview. Chappelle Show was 80% Dave's style. Dave Chappelle way of doing comedy that's easily recognizable in everything he does. Idiot cacs want to ignore DC's signature style of doing comedy which was present in 80% of Chappelle Show so they can dikkride a cac and say "See? Whites are the real genius behind the genius!"

You crakkka's don't have me fooled. I'm not a c00n like these other guys who allow your subtle racist trolling to go unimpeded.

Ol' "That was a great and hilarious interview by Neal! One of the best interviews EVAR man!" LOL! Fucc outta here crakkka ass crakkka.

Oh and I'm black but I'm not obsessed with race. Can you tell us with your great intellect, which skits were Neal's and which ones were Dave's? Please break it down for us.

I don't have the same intellect as you do. :mjlol:
