YOUR posts towards me don't say KD but you responded to a poster who by process of elimination said Bron and KD are top 2, here.

And yes we're finally getting somewhere because you're finally coming out and stating your opinion.

The talent in GS was overwhelming, nobody was beating them healthy. And of course an all-time scorer KD would play superhuman when the game plan is to limit Curry and run him off the line. Fastbreak dunks were being sacrificed to stop Curry's transitions 3s. That's unparalleled. Any one of these 4 players would look just as video-game-like.

How can LeBron have "every opportunity" to get his his already injured team in the playoffs when he missed 27 games himself? Explain.

You’re being quite disingenuous

You bring up the fact that The Cavs stayed home on shooters, most notably during the opener, but you completely ignored my point that two straight years Steph/Klay were ice cold in Cleveland when the series was still undecided and Kevin basically won FMVP with those two performances back to back years

The Lakers lost to bad team after bad team after Bron said Playoff Mode was activated. He’s the one who said it not me. He missed 27 games. Nobody could fault him for not making them a top 4 team under those conditions but when you pop shyt like you about to turn up then proceed to lose to The Knicks, Suns & Grizzlies among others then that’s a blemish

At least it would be for anyone else was breathing :hubie:

It doesn’t get discussed enough but with gs last championship run, passive ass Durant was trying to give steph the chance to be mvp on some fit in shyt and still won finals mvp casually if you were paying attention...

Actually skill players Durant and Kawhi >>...then other two aren’t even in the same category skills wise if we being honest, just athletic freaks who can hoop well

You're being even more disingenuous.

Curry averaged 27 & 9 on 44% in 2017, typical Finals Curry (which is admittedly underwhelming next to other ATG but par for his course). That's ice cold? Don't tell me he got all his numbers to a respectable place all in garbage time. 2018 was so lopsided talent-wise it's not a debate. Are you going to say the 18 Cavs had a shot to beat the Warriors despite Being dropping 51 on the road and still losing Game 1? Was he supposed to go on to average 45-12-12 on 60% to pull out wins? This wasn't some circumstance where both teams are at each other's necks and KD over Bron is the X-factor. It was going to end in a Warriors trophy regardless.

Bron ran his mouth (not his first time) and clearly came back before he should have, his season should've ended before attempting to come back since it's an open secret that the Lakers were hiding how serious it was.

Anyone else breathing likely gets the injury pass, Bron hasn't because somehow the people who don't like think he's greater than the people who appreciate him :hubie:

I mentioned nothing about an average. I said he didnt play well in Cleveland. He did not

2017 Game 3 (8-19)
2018 Game 3 (3-16)

Cleveland wins either of these they still have life with another game at home.

Golden State escaped that Houston in 18
Golden State were on their way to being manhandled by the Spurs game 1 of 2017 at home...the only time ever during The Durant era. Who knows how that series turns out

GS has overwhelming talent but they could have been beaten. It’s just Cleveland were never in position to do so

Cleveland was never winning over Golden State in 2018, Game 3 win or not. That's just avoiding a sweep.

2017 Game 3 Steph still hit 5 of 9 3's and got up to 26 points. 8-19 isn't good but that's not "ice cold". Klay also hit 6 of 11 from 3 and had 30, 11/18 overall.

In 2018 against Houston Durant was 6/17 for 23 in Game 6 while Curry and Klay combined for 64 pts on 25/46 shooting, 14 3's. Durant bounced back in Game 7 but Curry and Klay were also solid (as they should've been) and Houston wasn't surviving 27 consecutive missed 3's.

Spurs may have been on their way to blowing them out Game 1 but I'm not sure they win 3 more times.

We can give Durant credit for shining in the moments he did but any player with the same luxury of being on that team would've done the same.

As if KD didnt average 32/7/5 with half-a season of westbrook with zero spacing leading a weak thunder squad to a top seed. The narrative that GS somehow made KD is laughable.
I was responding to a poster who literally said that KD's shot selection, passing, and defense all got better when he joined the Warriors. I pointed out why that was true. Do you disagree? Do you think that he wasn't doing any better with his passing or defense on the Warriors than he was before?

Just like KD saw Kawhi for 3 quarters in 2017 before the injury. You can only face who in front of you :yeshrug:

Not being able to see Lebron vs Kawhi on the biggest stage in this years playoffs is devastating. Lebron is on his '04-'06 Shaq stage of his career. Right now he's still closer to '04, but you just never know whether father time might place him next year.

At least with Kawhi vs KD we still have a few more years.

Yea that Kawhi vs Bron match up we wo wnt get gives me the Bron vs Kobe finals we never got. Not to THAT magnitude, but being able to see them battle for a chance to probably face Giannis in the Finals gets me :mjcry: even more

Kawhi vs Bron this year isn't even that interesting. One player is 35 years old at the tail end of their career and the other is also on a steep decline due to a degenerative injury. KD will never be the same again after the achilles. So the most interesting thing to see is whether Harden does some damage this year in the playoffs and cement himself amongst the GOATs of this era.
