The blogs saying it's not him can be part of the troll job; maybe Nas reached out to them to play it like that for a while till they eventually they come out with the truth. I don't know why but I feel like him linking up with Mac Miller has something to do with this; him having a producer alter ego and all... could be something they cooked up together.

I take back my previous posts. I just kicked it with my homie who does studio engineering and he told me that a Droog is 100% definitely Nas. Apparently Nas has a plan to release 4 albums that are a mix of old (as in Illmatic era) and new rhymes with no promotion on some love for hiphop shyt. They're documenting social media reactions and recording interviews with other artists to create a mini-documentary about it all, and the difference between the albums artists wish they could put out and the albums they end up delivering due to label politics. This shyt is actually a fascinating project.
