Beautiful Life is an amazing closing:wow:

Nas was taking the high road by leaving this off LIG. It def fits NOW after Kelis went on her lil tantrum.

Nas always keeping one in the chamber:noah::banderas:

Not gonna lie, I brought the album back a bunch of times before listening to "Beautiful Life." It didn't stand out for me at first, but those might be some of the illest verses on the album.

I get why he wanted to close LIG with Bye Baby, but this could've worked too. I don't think both songs would've made since on the same album though.

U know something. Bye Baby never felt like the last track on LIG to me. I guess cause I have the deluxe version.

LT2 is easily in the 4.3/5 range. I don't see how could anyone complain about the beats. The beats as standalone tracks on here are way more accessible/made for radio than the ones on the first Lost Tapes. Anyone saying these beats sound dated simply because they aren't trap influenced is:childplease::camby:

Of course you don’t buy it

That shyt was the biggest reach and laziest analysis of lyrics I’ve ever seen on here

it definitely isnt lazy; i took my time explaining the sh!t :dahell:

you are mentally white washed and this topic (and therefore a good percentage of nas music) will never be fully understood by you.

Bye Baby is a classic record and better than Beautiful Life; it's a better "outro" for sure. That being said Beautiful Life is great...it sounds like something that could have been re-worked to appear earlier in the album. As I said when it came out...it's the most Marvin Gaye "Here, My Dear" track that Nas did...the rest of the album doesn't really have that vibe, but this song imitates it very well. Maybe if it was reworked as an interlude it could have been perfect for LIG?

Aside from the Sinatra in the Sands with Timberlake and jayZ joint, what are some other known/speculated features he could have for the next Lost Tapes? I’m talking Def Jam era because there are tons from Sony

He did Association with Sticman
He was recently in the studio with Lupe
Im sure he has something with AZ

Anything else?
