Man i have listened to the Nasir album at ignorant levels and i cant for the life of me understand how somebody can’t like this body of work. Every track the lyrics are on point. They all have different vibes which is dope. The production is dope too and Nas flows perfectly. Nas has always had an unorthodox flow at certain parts of songs, but if you really listen, his lyrics are too notch. It’s no way you can play this album in the car or in quality speakers and say it’s wack.

Also I’m not sure what it is but as one of the goats Nas receives the most criticism from some of the industry but what I’ve noticed is those people ride the jocks of Jay-Z aka Elliot Wilson, c tha god , Rosenberg and others. I’ve noticed he’s gotten a lot of love for this album too. It’s just funny how when em or jay drop wack projects i don’t hear near the criticism. Am i the only one that feels that way?

I don't see the issue performing at the BET experience. He's got a few more shows he was booked for.

Maybe he'll add some more in the near future. Nas performs at mid sized venues, arenas, clubs. What image are you talking about? This is much to do about nothing.

His image is of a MCs MC. Instead doing a concert none will watch on BET. He could have promoted his album by doing a live event.

Doing it on a streaming service, wouldn't get him the exposure, He clearly wanted the exposure because he let Kanye promote that album with that listening party bullshyt.

Instead promote the album with a concert streamed through YouTube. Then drop the album. Then it wouldn't matter if Jay and Bey dropped on the same day or not. He would have buzz for two different events, the album and the concert.
