If its the sequel to Magic i’m thinking not. This is gonna be Nas on his gully street shyt. We probably gotta wait for KD4 for a more diverse sound with singers and shyt

Listening to that album is INFURIATING. I very rarely do the “make your own album” playlist thing but I HAD to do that for Drillmatic because the 12-15 fire songs on that album just do NOT to be buried next to all the fukking filler.

Game is insane and his team was dumb for letting him put all that tracks on that album

I know we're turning this Nas thread into a Game thread but in Game's previous albums he would drop mixtapes of tracks that didn't make the cut for the main album. And those mixtapes were more fire than the actual album. Game is kind of underrated and doesn't get enough credit for putting together great projects but at the same time he fukks himself over with his execution and then the whole social media persona.

Magic had darker production choices and was more lyrically aggressive and direct. It felt like Nas was rapping rapping again. Short, sweet, straight to the point.
