Another dark ass video lol. It seems like every video during this run is madd dark…all of them except Wave Gods and the joint with Bron and all them. shyt is dope tho nonetheless, song so fire I wouldn’t care what was happening in the video to be perfectly honest

Yeah loved Rare, especially since it released on the same day as the album if I remember well. OK I was harsh there because this one was actually pretty creative and different than what you have elsewhere.
The others..meh I could do without them, actually totally forgot there was one for Wave Gods.
I think I just don't look at youtube vids like before but there's something really fly about the Big Nas vid that really overshadows all the others for me

One question.
Nas, Lakey, Mega, Draws, Havoc all grew up on the same side of Queensbridge (along with Ill Will, Nashawn, Wiz and Horse) but ONLY Nas, Will, and Mega grew up in the SAME building correct?
I always forget who was part of whose crew due to proximity. And who was just affiliated due to it all being QB

“Motion” is a banger top to bottom, single potential too. The strings remined of “Make U Better” From Fab and “Rainy Dayz” from Raekwon.

I don’t even know. I know Nas’s area, 40th Ave, is “Up Top” and I actually think Hav is from 41st, the south. I think they’re from the same street tho,12th street. I don’t know who came up in the same building tho, I think Mega lived in the same building as Nas and Ill Will but I’m not sure. I knew all this stuff back in the day, lol. Salute to QB, that place is like a whole different world than the rest of Queens.
I know for sure Nas, Mega, and Ill Will came up in the same building because Mega has spoken on it. He said something to the effect of “Many people think they know Nas the rapper, but i’m the only one who knows Nas the individual because i’m the only one who lived in the same building as him”.
Yeah, you can tell Nas views Mega differently than he viewed even P or Capone or whoever. I remember on that Hot 97 interview he spoke about how they love each other so it was crazy having beef with him, etc

Nah nas from Vernon bld 40 side. Mega is from the next building to nas so very close. When you actually go to qb you realize that although they from the same neighborhood 40th side of Vernon and 41st side 12th are at the very opposite of the project. It's almost like two different world. Queensbridge is huge. But the majority of the famous people in qb are from the 41st side (Shante shan nature tragedy mobb deep infamous mobb ron artest marley marl...)
