It sounds to me like he says "now the Jada white truck negotiator on the phone talking paper."
We know Jada loved comparing car colors to different things. Apparently, he loves white cars, especially trucks. He had a white Jeep Wrangler and a grip of white Range Rovers.
So the negotiator who is talking paper is white like a Jadakiss truck or it's Jada's truck dealer tryna make a sale.
I'm inclined to believe it's the former with Nas being a businessman with various companies where I'm sure he's had to do business with white men.

Either they take money to promote stuff or you gotta be a guest on the show. Nas ain’t doing either apparently so it is what it is.
I haven’t checked for the Breakfast Club really since Angela Yee left. And not because I was some fan of hers, but they’ve gotten SUPER corny lately with Envy’s little weird ass beef with Rick Ross and Charlemagne being one foot in and one foot out.
The fact that NY radio makes no attempt to support a legend like Nas that is actually putting in the work is very telling. One or two songs in constant rotation would do so much for the projects. I know we are used to but it’s really wild.
