That is more so due to the time we are living in. That type of hip hop is not fully appreciated the way it used to be and it also isn’t marketed to the for frontIt has nothing to do with quality KD3 is 5/5 quality wise.

I am was considered great by everyone back in 98. It’s just recent that people tried to go back and say it wasn’t good. Nas gets revisionist history thrown at him often.

Solid 4 mics. Five or six all-time great songs like Nas Is Like, Hate Me Now, Small World, Undying Love and NYSOM2. The collabs are dope, even the so-called overly commercial songs like You Won't See Me Tonight are dope. Couple misses like Dr. Knockboot and Big Things.

Nas fans in general like that album. I don't; first 4 tracks, Nas Is Like, and Undying Love are all I really come back to that album for.

Opposite way around. I Am... got the same treatment as IWW, but the reassesment hasn't been as great as IWW's.

Fam I have no unearthly idea how anybody can listen to the first half of the album in the car or with great headphones and say nah I’ll pass:why:
