What story are you referring to?
16-25 year old age group would be the biggest streamers no? I think the vast vast majority of his support is still coming from the 30+ crowd, I don’t think youngsters are bumping new Nas music en masse or any 90’s rapper at this point, may be apart from white kids with Eminem.

So based on your logic Nas shouldn’t try any new modern sounds just to appease his base only and not try to gain any additional fans that can assist in pushing his legacy forward even more? Although the numbers may not be gaudy, you can see the shift in how the younger group feels about Nas more and more especially on YouTube.

I don’t think it does either, but it has modern touch it. but people jump off a bridge when they hear Nas on an 808 beat or float on a track like black magic.

Whether dudes want to admit it or not that "old dusty 90's boom bap heads" is still apart of the base. You got to drag in em somehow:manny:

If they’re part of the base and still listening after 5 albums then I guess there’s really nothing to complain about.

I mean if your praying for Premo and Large Professor when EVERY album lists Hit Boy as executive producer and you still pressing play then you can’t hate it that badly
