All weekened, I was cruisin to KD trilogy & Magic
Nas BARZ over Hit crisp production (the switches / extra keys
you hear funnel differently thru car speakers) made it the illest ride

It's not in the top 50 in the 2nd week. Billboard 200 hasn't updated yet so we'll see if it's on there still. The other KD albums fell off completely in the second week.

There’s only 2 rappers whose status as greats is heavily impacted by their death: Big and Pac. It’d be an insult to Nas to think he’s not saavy enough to know what/who he’s talking about. However vaguely and passively it maybe. Same as the Jay shot
The same way ‘My first album had no famous guest appearances/The outcome, I'm crowned the best lyricist’ was a shot, is the same way these are shots at Jay, Big, and Pac. Regardless of how passive or light they may be, they are shots.
It’s a prime example of narratives effecting how people digest it. ‘low key underdog Nas’ says it and the Juelzing will commence ….if Jay said it it’s ‘grimey jealous insecure jay always taking subliminals’

That’s whys it’s such a great dart...It’s a bar. And yes it is a shot at Big, Pac, and Jay. Plain n simple. Stop canonizing Nas like he’s above being cocky and talking his shyt….don’t tell me it’s a great line (it is) but then in the same breath ‘oh nah nah he didn’t mean it like that’No, ngga.
