Almost all of Nas's albums has at least a handful of incredible songs.

Take five seconds to look at the tracklist for Godson. The Cross, Zone Out, Thugz Mansion, Warriors Song... EVERY song on KD3 is better than these tracks.
I never hated "The cross" like everybody else did. That shyt was fire to me from day 1:yeshrug:.....people just hated cause it was an Eminem beat. And Nas murdered that shyt. But regardless. Even if you wanna bring up God Son's lows. Then you gotta admit nothing on KD3 Is fukking with God Son's highs. And to me that's what really matters.

The first time you heard Book of Rhymes that shyt shook you to your soul. It was legendary the moment the beat dropped. God Son had plenty of those moments. And kd3 simply doesn't. You always remember the legendary shyt over anything.

"Reminisce" might be one of those moments. Something about that one feels special.

When IWW and Stillmatic dropped people said they couldn’t touch illmatic. When Lost Tapes dropped people said it wasn’t a real album. When God Son dropped they said it wasn’t touching Stillmatic.

People always come up with reasons not to acknowledge new greatness by comparing it to his old classics.

But KD3 feels special. It definitely gave me those feelings where you know you are listening to something great. Same feelings I got off Stillmatic and gods son. It’s that feeling where there is nothing else in the world like this. It’s that once in a lifetime shyt.
