I loved Lost Tapes 2 :yeshrug:

I think some people were disappointed that some of his other unreleased joints weren’t included but I liked that album a lot.
By the way, I was nitpicking about KD2. I already said it’s an excellent album (even better than KD1 in my opinion), but if he had one of his patented conceptual or story telling tracks, it would’ve cemented it even further.

There was music that I would liked to have heard on there, but I was pleasantlysurprised by what he had in the vaults. He really had two RZA joints, two Pete Rock joints, a fire Statik Selektah joint, a dope Pharrell joint, Toomp joint etc. No telling what we get when releases the third one.

The reviews for Donda are starting to come in…

Its looking like Nas will have a higher Metacritic score if the early reviews are anything to go by. NMW for example gave Donda a 3/5 whereas they gave Nas a perfect 5.

This will help with End Of The Year lists and hopefully keep giving KD2 legs with casual listeners.

There’s tracks that was on LT2 that would’ve gotten WAY more love if they were on any of the KD albums.

"The Art of It," "Lost Freestyle," "Tanasia," "Adult Film," and "Highly Favored" are just some of the tracks I see people losing their shyt over if they were on either King's Disease album.

Wherever nikkas need to be told on
There’s some dope verses on this and this might change from listen to listen but I think my favorite 5 at the moment are:
  1. Rare verse 1
  2. Store Run verse 1
  3. L-Boogie on Nobody
  4. Nas is Good verse 1
  5. Moments verse 3
Honorable mention: The Pressure verse 1 and Nas’s verse on Composure

Definitely some other dope ones—just amazing to have quality bars three decades in like :mindblown:

War Against Love is one of my favorite Nas tracks of all time. Ironically he mentioned that was inspired by a conversation he had with Lauryn, would’ve been dope if she had a verse.
