Something I randomly noticed running this shyt back in the gym tonight...he mentions alcohol a whooole lot on this f'n album, :russ:

Also noticed how badly I wish the first 6 songs on the album were split up differently. Track 7 to Track 15 is arguably perfect, 10 out of 10...Imagine if the first 9 songs on the album were tracks 7 to 15, :ohhh:. The way the album starts kind of sets the tone for the whole shyt for a lot of these ADD ass people.

Not yet. We should know by tomorrow.

The fact he’s number 1 across ALL streaming services including Spotify bodes extremely well for him. Top 3 debut is looking very realistic
It would really be dope if we could push him to the 1 spot

Hiphopdx gave KD1 an 82 so they gotta go north for this one
Rapriviews just gave it 85

Nas :: King’s Disease II – RapReviews

Crazy how Rap Reviews shytTED on Kings Disease 1 but in reflecting on it the reviewer spoke highly of it.

This will probably have the Metacritic score at around 94. Rolling Stone and Pitchfork will be the big 1-2 that decides if he stays in the 90’s as they are weighted more than any publication so far.

I sooooo wish that The Source and XXL still did ratings. I hate that OUR artists are always at the critique mercy of white writers who are so disgustingly separated from the culture

It would take a MASSIVE amount of streaming to beat Bille Eilish and Nas is still one of those artists who fans still support him mostly through physical sales. Almost half of his first week sales last year were physical album equivalents

There's no way Pitchfork gives this more than 7 lol. They'll spend half the review talking about Illmatic and Kelis like they always do
