My guy said "Catch a hommo, guns long like Mutumbo" Lol, shyt sound like Nore was writing for him.

He got off tho on "Firm Fiasco", stole the show to me. AZ was talking some lowkey gibberish on there,:laugh:. But yeah, lyrically the album is probably the worst you will ever hear Nas...and he wasn't bad

"What world are we really in? Amphibians move to the Caribbeans... underwater falls..." reeks of Half a Mil...

And worst is bad a choice of words, it would fit if the album was wack, which it wasnt.
How is it a bad choice of words? Nas has four albums at that point. One of them had to be the worst. Nastradamus was by far the worst of the four. Hands down. Not even close.
And in 99 it was wack.

I'll take NaStradamus over Nasir any day.

I give King's Disease 3 mics. It's just ok to me.
I'll take Lost Tapes 2 over it.
LT2 is my favorite outta Nasir & King's Disease.

Now. Im ready for next one.
Hopefully Nas drops is this fall or winter

:scust: you probably prefer peanut butter over shrimp and steak. Fukk is wrong with your tastes:gucci:

The actual hip hop review

Ken with the weird haymaker. He also was the only one not feeling Bandana either due to production disconnect (but not Pinata). Can't ride with him here but everyone felt Nas performance.

I feel them on Big Sean lol. I'm over my Cass Tech alumni. That last track only floated because of Nip. He needs to GTFO.

I actually like the personalities on DEHH but they are always wayyy off with their criticisms of albums, i just listen for the entertainment :laugh: but when they said Nas played it safe with this album, i had to turn it off, like what thee fukkk?:dwillhuh::mindblown: as if this sounds like any other Nas album ever. I was done with the whole review after that. complete GARBAGE.

It was Myke, Beezy, and Feefo trying to argue for Nas, but basically the whole review was an argument with Kinge. 3 out of 5 glowing reviews. But these dudes have always shyt on Sean so that didn't surprise me lol. I do agree with maybe getting guests at his level, or just less guests. I enjoyed them all personally besides maybe Sean

Wherever nikkas need to be told on
Per The Source’s original rating system that breh’s always reference:

5 mics: a hip-hop classic
4.5: superior
4: slammin’—definite satisfaction
3.5: dope
3: good, worth checking out
2.5: average
2: needs work
1: totally wack

Cats hating on Nastradamus still have yet to drop a valid argument on why they feel its subpar:francis:. Easily a 4 mic album.
It was slammin’ for you? You were definitely satisfied??

so this is gonna sound ridiculous to some, because I'm giving what some would call generous grades...

Illmatic = 5
It Was Written = 5
I Am = 4.5
Nastradamus = 4
Stillmatic = 5
Lost Tapes = 5
God's Son = 4.5
Street's Disciple = 4
Hip Hop is Dead = 4
Untitled = 4.5
Distant Relatives = 4
Life is Good = 4.5
Nasir = 4
The Lost Tapes II = 4
King's Disease = 4.5
My breh you might be Nastradamus. This is ridiculous. Generous doesn’t really describe it.

You ain’t alone though. Lot’s of people overrate their favorite artists’ albums. Still though.

On another note, have any albums ever gotten 1 mic, two mics, 2.5 mics? It would seem that many fit the bill. :patrice:
