I hope they never stop. Why wouldnt you want a great artist hungry, inspired, and feeling creative? :childplease:

"hey Nas go work with people you dont want to and who dont inspire you?"

There’s only going to be more excuses made.

He works with another young producer people will say he’s trying to hard to fit in with the youth or some shyt

He works with older producers and they’ll say it sounds like some old shyt or whatever. Streaming holds these albums for good, what’s the rush to get to them? I’m still backlogged on albums that I have to get to because I’m not rushing to listen to all these damn albums no more. Like I’ve been saying I’m just going to sit back and enjoy the music. I’m not looking for no Nas/Preemo Nas/Extra P or Nas/Havoc in 2023… now if these ever happen and they sound good, I’m in there. I’m ok with Nas/Hitboy right now though. Man I guess I’m still she’ll shocked after Nas/Kanye ended up being mediocre.

He said Alchemist is an overrated white boy :mjlol:

If Nas announced and dropped an Alchemist album they'll be in a thread stanning saying it's the greatest thing ever. Some of them couldn't even bring themselves to say Nasir wasn't good. They're really just here for Nas so don't even bother arguing or trying to get any objectivity out of them.

You're strictly in Nas threads to irritate people.
Your motivation to be annoying is strong asf
Every thread playing opposite man

Preme's beats/bounce compliment nas like no other and vice versa

And this isn't some super lyrical performance or even one of Premiers better beats but the flow fits like a glove

This post ain't about this producer vs. that one, Just facts.

Nas always sounds great on Premier beats. His flow sounds effortless and the energy is always there.

Nas is more likely to want something like Sandra's Rose from Preem and him going to that deep of a bag

So when people throw out underground cuts Preme did in the last 20 years that sound like the previous 10 years keep in mind hes gonna want Preem to go different and I dont want to start hearing you guys complain they didnt pick the right beats or whatever.

We don't know any of that. Until they get in the lab and start cooking we have no idea what it'll sound like.

The way Nas' flow navigates those Premo drum patterns is always>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Seriously, we’re not worthy….you got nikkas in here complaining about putting out too many albums too frequently and continuing to make albums with Hit Boy.

The GOAT should be allowed to do whatever he wants…He could’ve went even more years without releasing a new album and the same folks would be crying to drop new music.

Nas has earned that privilege imo.

nikkas trying to see Nas go out like KRS-One rapping over some struggle beats that only sound good the first 15 seconds you hear it

you nikkas dont listen to hip hop I see. its literally a thousand dope beatmakers making music out of their mom's crib. if Nas wants to do all albums with Hit Boy thats cool but dont act like if he dont then there's no more good producers to work with.

Breh there is nobody posting in a Nas thread that don’t understand what a lot of these guys y’all mentioning bring to the game. Nas does not work well with most other producers. I do not know what that is, I don’t know if the producers themselves can’t get Illmatic and IWW out of their head, I don’t know. But I know this man had a reputation for bad production that was wiped clean in 12 months working with Hit Boy. It’s fixed and we’re out here trying to break it.

My Pops Forever RIP
After YEARS of shytting on Nas for picking wack beats and letting Salaam Remi oversee stuff with so many sonic mistakes, even an ok Magic 2 is fine. Nas isn’t Curren$y where he drops a new project every couple of months with different producers. Would it be nice if Nas talked his shyt on some Harry Fraud or Metro or Conductor Williams (or whoever beats)? Sure, but without a Westside Gunn or Fat Joe level curator, Nas is best in his pocket instead of taking unnecessary risks.

But good to see even the most ardent “Nas’ beat selection isn’t THAT bad” ass motherfukkers don’t want him to change the formula now, and y’all know why.
